Pros: The front desk clerk was knowledgable and friendly
Cons: Parking attendant not tossing bill under the door when there was option to pay at check out trying to come in the room without knocking ..
Location: Went to Stevie nicks concert
The online booking should of mention price of parking Parking attendant wasn't very helpful on arrival .. The room service said 45 min was actually hour and half and overpriced for the quality of food

Convention Hotel

I was in town for a conference at the convention center so proximity was awesome. Hotel staff were able to address the issues upon check in of being listed as sharing a room when I was in fact traveling alone. Hotel restaurant had a menu change part way through the week but the food was pretty average for a hotel restaurant. Service on Saturday night was a little sub par due to the volume it appeared they were over whelmed. A concert at the arena brought a larger than average dinner crowd.

Polished Turd with great staff

Hotel is a polished turd, dated, carpet in the room unglued from the floor, bath tub facet dripped/leaked, rust stains in tub , worn furniture, etc., but clean with a great and very freiendly staff. Beautiful mountain views from hotel!

Decent hotel option

The hotel was in a great location for walking to the Gateway and City Creek malls for food and shopping. However, service and quality were not as good as I would have expected from a 4 star hotel. I would honestly rather stay somewhere that's slightly cheaper, of similar quality, and provides a free continental breakfast (like Holiday Inn).

Fantastic Price w/ Fantastic Location

Flawless stay. The rooms were clean and ready on time. The location allowed for walking distance access to the arena as well as other downtown locations.
