Decent hotel option

The hotel was in a great location for walking to the Gateway and City Creek malls for food and shopping. However, service and quality were not as good as I would have expected from a 4 star hotel. I would honestly rather stay somewhere that's slightly cheaper, of similar quality, and provides a free continental breakfast (like Holiday Inn).

Close to Utah Jazz Arena

Comfortable beds/clean. Secure parking. A bit dated. Restaurant was good. Limited menu.

Fantastic Price w/ Fantastic Location

Flawless stay. The rooms were clean and ready on time. The location allowed for walking distance access to the arena as well as other downtown locations.

Downtown fun

Cons: Big Jacuzzi - hard to crawl into to take a shower. Really?
Bed was comfortable. But the bathroom small because of the big jacuzzi. kind of funny add on. The toilet did not flush well.

Nice hotel in downtown, poor location for skiing

Pros: Staff
Cons: Breakfast service in the restaurant. Found the service extremely poor, waited on New Year's Day for 60 min for omelet.
Location: Location is good
Not ideal place to stay if you want to do skiing, train ride and bus rides long from this location

Missing a few things

Vending machines didn't work on our floor and they forgot to make up the room when we checked in. They did offer to let us swap rooms. Also we payed for breakfast through expedia but hotel didn't have it recorded. Could have been a lot better
