great location to the conference centre

The hotel was lovely, very clean and well presented. I checked in great but would have loved more info, for example indication of the Wi-Fi logon details, no hotel info folder in room but was also not told about the concierge app. I would stay here again and recommend to others

Very clean and short walk to Mormon temple. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in downtown Salt Lake City.

wonderful stay

Perfectly located, lovely room, friendly staff. We enjoyed our 3 day stay as tourists using SLC as base for the land art nearby.

Close to Family History Center and Temple Square -

Pros: We were placed on the 15th floor (the top floor) -- the view was great!
Cons: Airport shuttle to/from hotel should be provided! There was a shuttle for the airline crews that stayed at the hotel, but not for regular customers
Location: We were 2 blocks from Temple Square and the Family History Library. We also were within walking distance of a big mall area with expensive stores.
We found out that even though it was advertised online that there was a shuttle from/to the airport, there was NOT! The shuttle only pertained to the Radisson that was closest to the Airport, not the one in downtown SLC. HOWEVER, We found out that there was a shuttle to/from the airport for airline crews that stayed at the hotel, but not for regular customers!!! We had a dresser (bureau) that the 2 bottom drawers kept opening up on their own - this was dangerous at night, if we got up, and could have stumbled into the drawers. We asked that that be fixed before someone got hurt -- two people made note of it, but it was never fixed! We also asked for an extra sitting chair for the room, as there was only one chair at the desk -- two people made note of that, but we never got it. The housekeeping service was sloppy -- we got back to the room and found the bed pillows on the floor for two days and face cloths just thrown on the bathroom counter! One day, housekeeping rearranged all our personal stuff in the bathroom, which we thought was very unusual. We tried to copy our boarding passes in the computer room and the copies were so poorly printed that the airport staff had to redo them before we could board on the plane. Overall, for the money invested and a week long stay, we felt we did not get our money's worth.

Room too small

There was only one chair in the room.the room was very small and not soundproof- too much noise from the hallway! Not comfortable!

Nice because it's downtown and walking distance.

The rooms need to be updated with new doors throughout and bathrooms redone. Beds are super hard with worst pillows ever!!! The only thing we really liked was it was downtown and within walking distance to restaurants.

Nice hotel

Pros: Close to everything.
Cons: If guest comes earlier than 3pm and room is available to check in early as guest is tired from the trip.
Location: Close to everything. Just a little far from the Catholic Church but manageable to walk.
Very nice hotel and comfortable hotel, walk to the train going to the airport, walk to Salt Palace which I did not expect, walk just a little bit to the shopping area.

Close to Convention Center. Clean. Great staff.

Pros: Everything AND The lobby always smelled so good-like Essential oils of some kind. Very pleasant!
Cons: They really need to have an airport shuttle for their Guests! Bar had a difficult time handling "rush". Perhaps set up separate area for beer/wine
Location: The shopping mall. Harmons grocery store. Mormon tabernacle. Great location overall.
Very good all the way around. Great front desk people-very efficient & professional.
