Nice hotel close to temple square.Posted Nov 27, 2015
This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and knowledgable about the area. The location was convenient as it was close to the airport and temple square. The rooms have sleep number beds that we found to be mostly like sleeping on an air mattress and not very comfortable.

Good location.Posted Nov 5, 2015
The room temperature was sweltering all night with no options to cool it. No hair dryer in room. Plumbing in shower was ready to be pulled out of the wall.

A quick stop.Posted Oct 27, 2015
I used this a stop coming from St Louis going to Idaho. Over all a nice quick stay but be warned there is no free breakfast. For the money you pay for the night you should get one.

Ok for quick overnight. Near the airport and shutPosted Oct 18, 2015
The rooms were a little dated and most of the receptacles for the electrical outlets were not working very well if at all, which was a minor annoyance. The restaurant was pretty good and staff throughout was very friendly.

Vibrating room, broken hair dryer, weird and oldPosted Oct 12, 2015
Pros: The room service was great, and the room was clean.
Cons: The HVAC needs an overhaul. The coffee maker sucks. Hairdryer should work and my room shouldn't vibrate. Also, no stairs in my room.
Location: Close to light rail so access to downtown is easy.
My husband and I went on a week long tour of Utah's National Parks and stayed at the Radisson both the night before and the night after our tour. The first stay was the worst of the two: Our room was adjacent to some sort of machinery or something (HVAC I assume) and the whole room was vibrating. It wasn't that noticable except that the TV was vibrating so hard it distorted the picture terribly to the point that the screen was flashing to a seizure inducing degree. Also, if I rested my head against the headboard, it would shake my head. Aside from that, the AC was unadjustable, in fact there is a card above the thermostat that explaining so. We were cold, so we just turned the AC off, but it turned itself back on periodically. So, I should have scheduled a different hotel for the night after our tour, but I decided to give them a second chance. Our second stay was better, but still not great. I told the clerk when I checked in that our last stay had been pretty crappy, and asked for a problem-free room. Our upgrade to a "suite" was a room with an upstairs loft. The room was nice enough but after a week of vigorous hiking, I didn't want to climb stairs to get to and from bed, especially in the middle of the night. Also, the hair dryer was broken, and another girl staying there said her room smelled like cat pee. Aside from all that, the hotel is old and creaky, and in desperate need of a major update.

Thank you for your feedback Ashley. I'm sorry to hear of your issues regarding the rooms. I am looking into the source of those vibrations in your first room, and can appreciate that stairs aren't the first thing one looks forward to after a week of vigorous activity. Again, our apologies.

Worth the drivePosted Oct 12, 2015
The room was really clean and I loved the sleep number bed. If you try then you can hear the planes at the airport but they're not loud enough to be bothersome. The rooms were really cold and difficult to make warmer because the heater didn't seem to work. It's about a ten minute drive from downtown but it's close to the airport for those flying in. Overall I really enjoyed the room and thought it was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here especially for the price compared to downtown rooms.

Nice hotel close to SLC airportPosted Oct 12, 2015
Pros: Food room service was great.
Cons: A couple of restaurants across the street would be nice.
More than met our needs for the weekend. Would definitely stay there again.

BedsPosted Oct 8, 2015
Hi there, the beds are what made my stay so bad. I thought because they were sleep number beds they would be comfortable. They had little to no cushioning. I set it on 30 - it could be bc I am not used to a sleep number, we have a temperpedic at home. I slept terrible. Because of that experience I would not come back and stay there. That is not your fault, I am just being honest in this survey. The hotel was very clean and looked very nice.
