Work in a lovely city

Hotel smelled. Room service messed up my order 2 nights in a row. Convenient to airport.

With so many choices stay elsewhere

Upon check in front desk was understaffed and overwhelmed. Parking lot was occupied by many semi's requiring us to park a long walk from our room. Arrived in room beds were hard, pillows flat, and bathrooms old and poorly maintained. Don't let pictures fool you. Stay elsewhere.

Give this one a pass

Pros: The lobby.
Cons: Carpet, paint, ceiling tiles, lighting, furniture, drapes, and TV service.
Location: The airport is near by, 15 minutes to down-town SLC.
Probably hasn't been remodeled since the 80's. Drooping ceiling tiles, torn furniture upholstery, lights that don't work, and a distinctive aroma that reminded me of my great-grandparent;s attic. For the price the conditions should have been much better.

older hotel, well maintained

good free breakfast. there shuttle to the airport was free and made a trip every half hour. they have a onsite restaurant and gas station next door. the hotel is on the older side, but it looked clean. beds were comfortable

Cons: Make sure the bathroom floor mat is clean. No stains along with the towels!!
The morning staff (2 females) on 4-6 and 4-7 were awesome. Professional, polite, caring and great sense of humor. Thank you, I'm sorry I didn't ask your names!

Don't stay at this hotel

I stayed two nights in a so called suite. At check in they suprized me with a hidden deposit in case I damage the already very much damaged room. They said it would be reimbursed within 5 days or something like that. The entire hotel smells horrible. Even the room smells bad and bothered my sinuses the entire time. The smell was transferred to my clothes. The room was also in terrible condition. I did not enjoy sleeping in the bed or using the bathroom. They had construction going on including jack hammering the parking lot directly outside my window early in the morning. I couldn't wait to leave my room for the day and dreaded coming back to it for a second night. My whole experience was awful!

Not the best.

Cons: Cleaner rooms.
After checking in, the bathroom was disgusting it was dirty. There was dirt on the floor between the tub and wall. There were small centipedes crawling all over the bathroom floor. Overall just dirty.

Staff overwhelmed

Pros: Proximity to airport was convenient.
Cons: Slow down. They had an unexpected rush of customers and service fell between the cracks.
Location: Near airport
I called the front desk for a ride and was instructed where to meet shuttle driver. I found driver and asked for a ride. Driver asked me which Ramada was I going to. "Great question" I replied. Instead of helping me figure it out he dismissed me. Shuttle driver was in a rush and drove off, left me standing at the curb. Said (mumbled as he was walking to his van) he would be right back around but didn't return for 40 minutes. Agent at front was overwhelmed and gave poor (rushed) directions to my room.
