We arrived to check in, they told us no rooms were available. As we were waiting for our room, we watched a dozen people check in and get their rooms. Staffing was also very inattentive, each time we would try to ask if our room was ready, we would stand there waiting for staff to address us (even if no one else was around). We had to wait 40 minutes until the room was ready.

Room smelled so strongly of smoke that it was hard to be there. Long black hair in the sink and tub.

Close to downtown

Went for a mini getaway and it was a great location, but needs better front desk service.

Where to stay last if all other hotels are full

Room and bathroom had dirty walls rug needs replacing----it's a lie they are dog friendly they charge $30.00 per dog and you have to really read into the fine print of their web site to find it.. sorry I will never willingly stay at A La Quinta Inn again

It was convient and clean. I felt safe and secure. Price was good and parking for handicap was right next to the door where our room was nice on the manager placement for us.

Room was gross. Unbelievable they would actually pass those carpet stains off as acceptable level of cleanliness. Will never stay there again.

Room was too expensive, but with the eclipse and a convention in town all rooms were booked, they could charge what they wanted.

We try to keep rates under 100.00. We are usually 50 to 100 dollars less expensive than downtown. Free shuttle service. GM

If your desperate it's ok.

Pros: Close to I 80.
Cons: Maintain rooms better. Add vending machines so you don't have to go to the "Ramada Market".
Location: Went for a walk about half a mile each way. Didn't see anything. Service at KFC was terrible. Gave up and bought frozen Hotel food and nuked it.
Shuttle service to Airport starts at 7:00 AM and is by appointment only. The free shuttle service is the main reason I choose them. My flight boarded at 6:30 AM. I used Uber. One light didn't work in the room. I switched in the bulb from one that did. Front desk staff seemed a little rude. Bathtub had rust in it.

Close to family when I'm in town

Pros: Close to family when I'm in town
Cons: They could do a lot better job with maintenance
Location: There are a lot a lot of activities In the area, as well as their tracks
Normally clean and comfortable , and has always been quiet. easy access to the freeways , and downtown .
