Location is Great

Overall experience was good, the front desk ladies were great! A couple of the gentlemen front desk staff were not very helpful and not personable they did not tell us about the parking fee, and acted as though we were an inconvenience. The beds need updating they were quite old and uncomfortable.

Nice hotel, big room with kitchen

Hotel would be great for a family, full kitchen, view of snow covered mountains, continental breakfast was perfect to get my day going. Did not realize $10 a night parking, but other than that, nice hotel

The benefits of being within walking distance of the cities main attractions, also comes with a high demand for limited parking spaces.

Pros: Location was close to convention center
Cons: honor reservations
Location: close to convention center and several eateries.
I made the reservation (and paid for it) a month in advance. When I arrived at midnight, after a long day of travel, I was told they didn't have any rooms. I was told they would provide a room at another hotel, handed a voucher, and given instructions on how to walk to that hotel.

Eew - that sounds horrible. We are so sorry that you had to deal with what sounds like a backed up garbage disposal. With full kitchen suites, our housekeeping service includes loading the dishwasher and it sounds like this room may need some maintenance. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I hope you give us a chance to make this up to you in the future.

Pros: Size of room and 2 bathrooms.
Cons: Needs better Sheets and a new sofa in the sitting area.
Location: Great Location for food and pubs.
Overall it was what I expected. Nice but not luxury. Perfect for 2 buddies on a ski trip.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. The hotel completed a 8.5 million dollar remodel in fall of 2014 that included Marriott's latest bedding and decor. We also just recently purchased all new sheets for the hotel.

Close to restaurants, pubs and conference center

This hotel was great. Lovely to have full kitchen with all pots and pans and plates etc. went to Trader Joe's around corner and stocked up. Our room was next to busy road so wasn't very quiet but was very comfortable.

The down side of being located in the heart of downtown is we do encounter some road noise on the west side of the main building. When you return on your next trip give our 2nd building a try.or ask the front desk if an interior room is available.

My first dirty room!

Just walking in and to my room, I noticed grounds and public areas not super clean. Was pretty upset when I got my room, walking in at 1am just wanting to sleep, noticed none of the surfaces were wiped down. When I saw there was dried urine on the toilet seat, not a stain, but dried urine, I was done. This has never happneded to me, and I travel often. Was satisfied when they able to give me another room. They apologized and I was in a new, CLEAN room in no time.

Oh no - we are so sorry to hear of your experience walking into your first room - clearly something got missed, and you are right - that is not acceptable. Our housekeeping staff is kept to a very high standard as part of the Marriott Brand and we work to uphold that standard.

Only negative was noise from the street. Hotel did provide ear plugs.
