Gross and Broken

Cons: I think they need security because their clientele is scary.
This hotel was dirty and everything was broken. The elevator, doors, the ice machine..... it seemed like everything was broken. There were some pretty scary people hanging out inside and outside. I would not be surprised if people were selling drugs out of this hotel. There was a small dog in the room next to mine that barked constantly. There was a lady in the elevator acting crazy and I'm pretty sure she was high. This was a scary group of people staying here.

Location is Great

Overall experience was good, the front desk ladies were great! A couple of the gentlemen front desk staff were not very helpful and not personable they did not tell us about the parking fee, and acted as though we were an inconvenience. The beds need updating they were quite old and uncomfortable.

Life Vantage business trip

Overall everything was good. The breakfast was excellent, the staff was attentive, the front desk good experience. We walked from the hotel to the convention center it's about 1.2 miles round-trip. The only complaint is they don't seem to mop the kitchen and bathroom floors when they clean the hotel room. There was no sauce pans only pots to use. We are probably more picky than others about cleanliness so we had to wipe down the kitchen counters with a Clorox wipe. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for its services. I didn't have a problem with the location, though I was warned about the park across the street. We just never went that direction. There was only one homeless guy that was asking for money as we went into breakfast area one time out of 4 mornings. I suggest to the hotel to ask the landscapers to cut back the bushes off the walkway area that was an issue. We could only walk single file on the sidewalk. I do think the price was very high for the 2 room suite and it only have a queen bed in each bedroom.

We loved the hotel itself! next stay we will probably chose the city center marriott instead just cause it's closer to the train, shops, and food.

Nice hotel, big room with kitchen

Hotel would be great for a family, full kitchen, view of snow covered mountains, continental breakfast was perfect to get my day going. Did not realize $10 a night parking, but other than that, nice hotel

The benefits of being within walking distance of the cities main attractions, also comes with a high demand for limited parking spaces.

Pros: Location was close to convention center
Cons: honor reservations
Location: close to convention center and several eateries.
I made the reservation (and paid for it) a month in advance. When I arrived at midnight, after a long day of travel, I was told they didn't have any rooms. I was told they would provide a room at another hotel, handed a voucher, and given instructions on how to walk to that hotel.

Eew - that sounds horrible. We are so sorry that you had to deal with what sounds like a backed up garbage disposal. With full kitchen suites, our housekeeping service includes loading the dishwasher and it sounds like this room may need some maintenance. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback.
