Wait for renovations.

Hotel seems to be recently purchased and renovations have not been started. Wall paper in rooms is peeling and patched. Mold in bathroom ceilings. Lighting is bad. Beds and pillows are uncomfortable. Flooring is ripped. In house restaurant is not worth time or money! Quite a few large truck cabs in parking lot made for problematic parking. We stayed two nights and after first day the room key didn't work. We came back to room very late and found bed made, but pillows stacked on couch and pillowcases nearby. Don't know how this hotel will be when redone, but it is located next to a lot of other hotels which might be a better consideration at this time.

Ripped off

I booked a room with 2 queen beds. When I arrived I was told that they only had a room with one king bed and a pull out couch. The pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. On top of all that the elevator didn't work so we had to carry all luggage up 4 flights of stairs. I was not given a refund despite paying for another room. I would never stay here again.

Nice room, but staff left a lot to be desired.

Pros: Modern appearance. Well maintained.
Cons: Horrible shuttle service. Air conditioning system that will keep you awake all night.
The hotel says they have shuttle service to and from the airport. While the hotel was only 10 minutes from the airport, it took two calls and an hour and 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Other hotels had vans show up 4 times in that period. Additionally, the air conditioner sounded like a jet engine it was so loud. Other than that, the facility was very clean and modern. Bath room was nicely equipped and very modern.

Functional and Clean

Pros: I liked the location, the room and functionality of the room.
Cons: I did not see the breakfast at 6am.
Staying here over night was a pleasure. Great TV just like home and quick room service. The RS was a little expensive but the food was good. I am planning on going back there for a longer stay due to a medical stay.

Park and fly

Pros: I appreciated the free parking and shuttle to the airport service.
Our experience was excellent. Very convenient getting to and from the airport on the hotel's shuttle. Our outgoing and incoming flights were both at inconvenient times, but the shuttle was there for us. Parking at the hotel saved us money. I definitely would stay here again when flying out of town.

A good place to stay, reasonable prices.

Pros: The hotel met my needs The staff was exceptionally helpful. Really appreciated the shuttle from/to the airport.
Cons: Understand that the hotel is in process of being updated. That would help.
Location: Handy to the airport.
It was a convenient and comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful and kind. It met all my needs and was a reasonable price.

Pros: The public areas (cafe and patio) were pleasant. Airport shuttle worked fine.
Cons: See above. Also,the staff was friendly and helpful, but perhaps their should have been more of them to handle the number of guests.
"ADA" room was actually not accessible due to furniture placed so that a wheelchair could not get past the bed or alongside it. getting someone to help move it took several requests, and even with better positioning I could not get to the side of the bed I prefer. One lamp did not work properly, and the room keys were... temperamental.

Very dirty hotel, I stayed in non smoking, no pets room but there was lots of pet hair on the carpet
