Brand new!! Just finished the inside. The landscaping is still being finished. This wonderful property has a steam shower! Enjoy relaxing in a luxurious steam shower after a fun day . This property is centrally located. It is located 15 minutes from the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon, 10 minutes from the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon, 13 minute from the mouth of Millcreek Canyon, 11 minutes to the mouth of Parley’s Canyon, and 20 minutes from Temple Square or Downtown Salt Lake City.

This was the perfect stay for our family of four and we could have conveniently slept at least two more. The decor is modern and fresh. The location is less than 20 minutes from SLC airport, less than 10 minutes from the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon and about 40 minutes from Park City. The house was immaculate, beds were super comfortable, kitchen had all the essentials, heater felt wonderful, and washer and dryer worked great…and most importantly, the host was truly a pleasure to communicate with. Don’t pass this one up!

Wonderful Property!
We were so delighted with our stay here! Everything was new as described. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows and blankets. Felt nice and spacious for our family of 4. Appreciated the cleanliness of kitchen dishes/utensils and sharp knives! Steam shower was amazing and easy to use. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, very easy access for getting around SLC. Jeff communicated everything ahead of time and we had no issues while at the house so did not need to contact him while we were there. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Jeff for such a great place to stay.

Accurate Description, Great Stay
What a wonderful place to stay while skiing multiple mountains! The place is as listed. Responsive host and easy arrival and departure process. The house is easy to get to, and surrounded by restaurants and services. 20 minutes from the airport. Steam shower is a luxury, especially after a day outdoors. The bathrooms are stocked with beautiful towels and shower supplies. Beds are comfortable. Laundry room is perfect. Definitely the place to stay in Salt Lake City!

Excellent accommodations & location!
Jeff was a great host. The accommodations were just as described and perfect for our 2 week stay. Quiet and private, excellent parking and convenient to everything. Bathrooms were bright, clean and adequate size......and the steam shower was a very enjoyable plus. We will stay again on our next trip to SLC.
