The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The property is extremely clean though it could use some updating of wall paper and carpeting in areas. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Even the guests at this hotel are friendly!

The property itself seemed a little outdated but was well kept. The only complaint I had was in regards to my room. They balcony had an issue with the patio door where wind was causing a loud howling sound at night while I was sleeping.

It would have been very convenient for better dining options, Ways to pack a lunch at the Library next door and when coming back a restaurant. Eating and finding food was a hardship.

The parking was weird and construction made the parking garage feel unsafe and limited. We went up a level and you could not get into hotel. The wall paper on our floor was rap taped up. The view was great. The size of room was good. I will not try and safe a few dollars next hotel I get.

Half of the rooms that face the road and light rail were extremely noisy. It sounded like a war going on all night. If you choose to stay there, be sure to specify rooms with a even number.

We had only 3 pods of coffee for 2 people to make. When we called to a receptionist to bring some more coffee in the room, the response was “we don’t shave any additional coffee for guests”. Very disappointed.

The location is walkable to the arts centres and some bars and restaurants however the local train is right outside so it is loud. It's also very dated, and the breakfast is questionable quality even though it is not included. It was a few dried up sandwiches that were $4 each. The parking garage is right next door which is great however if you're parked on the top floor like we were forced to, there is no elevator to get down, only stairs. And when you have luggage that is challenging. I also found the prominent photo of a religious mormon person in the lobby unusual for a hotel. The staff were all lovely and kind and definitely help make the place a better experience.
