Secluded townhome midway between downtown & skiing; min from shops, & dining

This is a newer townhome completed and furnished in June 2020 on a private cul-de-sac in Midvale. This home features a large and spacious layout and modern updates such as black granite counter tops throughout the home. Also the home has very nice grey wood flooring, can lighting throughout and the kitchen features stainless steel appliances with gas stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The fully-equipped kitchen also includes an island style set up with farm sink in the middle.

You will experience white cabinets throughout the kitchen and bathrooms for a matching style. As you walk in the front door you will encounter a staircase to your right side leading up to the upstairs where you will find all 3 bedrooms. Upstairs includes the master suite with a large bedroom with a large walk in closet, along with a beautiful tub and separate standing shower. Upstairs there is also the washer and dryer hook ups for easy access. The other 2 bedrooms are also large with plenty of closet space. The downstairs areas you will find an open layout for living room with a nice fireplace, a dining area and kitchen space.

This home does includes a large community yard area, but it is only fenced on the back side, so pets cannot be left outside unattended. There is a spacious 2 car garage available for use during your stay. Additionally, there is a nearby playground, basketball hoop, and gazebo which can be utilized.

Great property in quiet neighborhood!

We were in the area for our son’s wedding and really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for a large group. Great amenities and a very homey feel.

Great stay!

Great location if you don’t want to be right in SLC. Hosts were responsive and check-in and out were clear. Has everything you need and the treats at check-in were a great touch! There’s a nice little swing set but there is a not so kid friendly dog next door so just be mindful. Overall, very pleased!

This house exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean everything was - you can tell the owners really take pride in maintaining their property. Great Townhouse

This was the perfect townhouse for our week of spring skiing. We couldn't believe how close it was to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton. The house was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Close to shopping and restaurants. We can't wait to be back.

Fantastic House

Definitely recommend this house. It was very welcoming and good for our dog as there was a back yard we could watch her in with a fence around (not closed in) which was great. Very clean and spacious and well located to food, restaurants and 30 minutes from skiing!! Would definitely use again!!

Quiet get away with family

What a wonderful place to stay! We have two grown children and we all met in SLC. The three bedroom home is nicely furnished and conveniently located. The owner was very nice through our correspondence and provided the best experience we could have asked for. We spent several days traveling around and realized what a great ski destination this home would be. Literally go to the main road and head straight up the canyon to world class skiing. We definitely will stay again.

Great location endless food options

This house was perfect for our visit. We had multiple families with two children and one infant. It was great to be able to park our cars in the garage. We loved that the house was close to many restaurants as well as central to other destinations. The only negative we found the couch was a bit uncomfortable when lounging. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect place for us!

We visit my son and daughter-in-law a couple times a year and we have stayed in several other places. This, by far was the best! Clean, comfortable and perfect location for us. The furnishings were very nice. The hosts, Matt and Chelly were quickly responsive and helpful. We are already booked for another stay in a couple months. We are looking forward to it!
