Booked a room that according to Expedia had 2 Full beds as we had two couples going to use the room. Arrived and checked in to find only 1 king bed and a couch that folded out. Contact front desk about the problem and they told us that Expedia books room blocks and can not guarantee what arrangements are provided. Hotel did send somebody to make the couch into a bed but they could not get us a different room as they were allready full. Hotel told us it is Expedia fault and they were sorry.

I apologize we did not have any complimentary upgrades to offer over what you had booked on Expedia. I will follow up with our front office team to ensure we are always getting arriving guests into the best rooms available.
