Pros: It was very clean and modernized. The bedding and pillows were very nice, and we were allowed to have our small dog. It even had a small place for dog
Cons: Have the litter bags in the dispenser filled and not empty.
The only issue we had were very noisy people next door that were very loud talking and laughing in their room at night then outside on their balcony. Everything was fantastic, including staff.

Not what Expedia advertised!

Booked a room that according to Expedia had 2 Full beds as we had two couples going to use the room. Arrived and checked in to find only 1 king bed and a couch that folded out. Contact front desk about the problem and they told us that Expedia books room blocks and can not guarantee what arrangements are provided. Hotel did send somebody to make the couch into a bed but they could not get us a different room as they were allready full. Hotel told us it is Expedia fault and they were sorry.

Very accommodating!

Pros: The hotel itself was lovely, rooms spacious with all the amenities, right price, and while the restaurant menu was small, our meals were good.
I love the fact they were dog friendly and they were extremely helpful in planning an impromptu birthday party for my soon to be daughter in law!

Nice hotel close to city center.

Nice hotel close to many restaurants and city center. Good work-out facilities, but they kept that area a little too cool. Typically 64 degrees. I know. Very subjective.

Pros: beautiful hotel
Location: Starbucks inside the hotel. Denny's and McDonald. Good views of the surrounding mountains.
beautiful decoration for Christmas time. Denny's and McDonald are across the street.

Our stay here was great. We were out of town for Christmas though and ordered room service for a nice breakfast since most everything was closed for holiday. They said 25min and they never showed with our food.
