I called the first night I was there and asked for a late check out, i had my DND thing out on the door, but the next morning they came 3 times, 2 for housekeeping and the last trying to tell me I had to leave because it was an hour past check out and I told them I had talked to the guy already and he gave me the ok for a late check out and the lady just sat there with a snug look on her face. Obviously there is no communication, the woke me up twice. The third I was just straight up annoyed. The room itself was cute however Everytime the room next to ours would close or open their door it would literally shake the bed and it sounded like a big bang which they did a lot. The guy up front was nice. The pool is outside and they didn’t have any towels so keep that in mind when you’re having to walk in from the cold.

Room was smelling. No bath towel I had to go down and ask for one. Sink was clogged and bathroom door wasn’t closing. Every-time my kids was using the bathroom I had to go close the door for them bc it needed a good amount of force to close it.

Where to start. The heating/ cooling unit was held together with duct tape. The wall paper peeling in multiple places on the wall. The fan vent in bathroom hanging from one screw. The hot tub was pee colored ash about as warm. The jets not working. The photos are what AI would say this placed looked like, not reality. The outside door wasn’t locked. Multiple times the police were at the property. The train goes by all night making noise. The other residents were easy to hear through the paper thin walls. I would recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

This is exactly a hotel you want to avoid. As soon as we opened the door to our room, there was a huge urine odor. Carpet deodorizer was out down to try and mask it, so it ended up smelling like exactly that. Urine and carpet deodorizer. I asked to change rooms, and they kindly agreed. The new room had a hole punched in the wall, and in the door. The shower looked as though it had never been cleaned. I took my son to the pool, and it smelled horrible. The pool was hotter than the hot tub, and the water was mirky. That was my last straw. We went upstairs and packed, and when asked for the reason behind checking out, I explained all the issues. The woman at the front desk legit told me "WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO CLEAN THE ROOMS". The hotel has a two night minimum, so they were able to refund me 3 out of the 5 nights we had booked. Please for the love of God. Do not stay in this hotel.

This is NOTHING like the photos. There is 2 lights in the room on timers and a lamp by bed. I had to ask for a light as photographed to work at the desk. Lampshade didn’t even fit. The beds are really bad. One bed broke over and over. I asked them to fix - nothing. I stayed 5 nights. Requested someone to just change out towels and make the beds twice. NOTHING. Trash piled up. I requested. Nothing. Fire alarm went off one night. No one very bothered. Someone once told me there were no cockroaches in Utah - rest assured there are and I saw them in that room. Giant gapping holes in the wall probably didn’t help. Or the holes around the air conditioner. But worst was the homeless camp outside my window. I hade to have the failing curtains shut all the time as vagrants were right outside my window. They came and went all night long. Very loud. Started to recognize several of them at the breakfast buffet. The exterior doors rarely were secured. My room key deactivated every few hours. Never once did someone verify my name when reissuing a room key. They just recoded the key and kept going. It was cheap. But it was gross and sad and unsafe. The breakfast in the morning was the only somewhat ok thing.

Sub-par - and we're not particularly finicky. Bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, had to ask for bar soap (which was promptly given) and the 2 chairs in the room were old and either very uncomfortable or pretty badly stained. Rate was via expedia on the day of arrival so very inexpensive but probably wouldn't stay there again.

I had a bad experience at this location. The maintenance staff was rude. I shouldn’t have any interaction with the maintenance staff because I was checking in and would talk to the counter staff about new towels and the things that needed attention in my room. The maintenance would rudely interrupt and very unprofessional. I had to check out early than expected because I couldn’t take it anymore. Everything is dirty. The pool is dirty, the walls in the rooms were dirty. There were problems with the bathroom that that maintenance staff handed me a plunger and told me to fix it my self since I’m staying in the room. Again, I wouldn’t recommend this anyone. A negative 10 would be appropriate.

I didn’t pay much so I don’t expect much in amenities but did expect a much cleaner room. Sink didn’t drain , toilet finally flushed after 3 times, and carpet was just awful. Can’t believe they still have carpet in there. One room had a dog that barks periodically throughout the night.

Bums live behind building, pools dirty, hot tub is empty, and they worry to much about taking food back to you’re room from the free breakfast and have very limited seating. Other than that it’s was alright.

The room was dirty, walls were peeling, stains on the bedding. Cops constantly around the area, traffic in and out was nonstop all night. Felt unsafe. Got pulled over leaving the hotel as the cop was looking for drugs. Will not stay again. I took photos of everything.

Do not stay here. Upon arrival it appeared that there was some guy living in his car in their parking lot. Once we made it past the side door, we’re headed to our room. There was a large crack in the door, the room has a weird smell and there were “repairs” on some walls and they covered what looked like a punch hole on the adjoining room door. Every time we left the hotel through the side door, there were always people lingering. Three or four people would pop out of a first floor room looking like they had all been up partying for a few weeks. They would go outside and smoke, take a stroll around the parking area or go hide behind the RV that send to have been abandoned. In the morning, I need some more clothes for my child. I left the area to head upstairs when I was stopped by one of the staff. They informed me that Soto policy is to leave the food area. Well, that room is so small you could fit 10 people in a baby. And what is the problem with taking food up to your room? I looked at her and turned around continuing to the stairs. I had booked a two night stay at this hotel as I was in town for a funeral, but we ended up leaving at 9:30 at night because we did not feel safe and staying there. It was better to drive six hours through the night and have to worry your car is going to get broken into or something else is going to happen there. Definitely do not take your children here. It’s disgusting.

No luggage carts, front desk staff has no understanding and very rude except for the manager. She’s nice. Sink wouldn’t drain and it started to stink like fish. Regular employee was supposed to send maintenance but never did. No room service to clean room
