Firstly, the management's approach was less than professional, particularly concerning noise complaints that seemed unfairly directed at my party, despite the presence of other guests who contributed to a less than hospitable environment.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was alarmingly unsatisfactory. The linens and towels provided were not up to standard, which detracted significantly from the overall comfort and hygiene of my stay.
I also experienced an unwelcome sense of haste from the front desk staff when utilizing the luggage cart, a stark contrast to the treatment received by other guests, which further added to my dissatisfaction.
Given the price point of $44, I had expected a basic level of service and cleanliness that was unfortunately not met. I would advise potential guests to consider other options where the additional cost could translate to a more satisfactory experience and service level.
