I'm glad to hear you felt our hotel offers a good value. Unfortunately we had the elevator collapse and a key part in the hot tub break in a 2 week period. We are working to get them repaired so that future stays will be more enjoyable!

The elevator collapsed a couple weeks ago so a new elevator is on the way. Repairs take some time. As for breakfast, when it is very busy, the woman at the front desk waits until the groups of people have left. We also have had an issue with guests hoarding food so we try to keep a fair amount out at a time. We will take your comments into consideration as we work to meet guest expectations.

I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. Our housekeepers work hard to clean the rooms and make sure the linens are clean. If the linens were not up to your standard, we would have happily exchanged them if you had let us know. Some elements of the property look a bit worn because we have a high number of guests regularly but rest assured the housekeepers wipe down and clean each room. As for the noise complaints, we do alert guests to an issue, then escalate the situation if it worsens. Sometimes, unfortunately, we are unable to hear the noise problem so it is helpful if you alert the front desk to take care of it. Thank you for letting us know you were unhappy with your stay.
