Absolute filth, and rude employees! I took pics and complained however the hotel said that I was just disgruntled because they wouldn’t let me check in early so I got no money back! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!! BOOK ELSEWHERE!

The pool was closed and the staff wasn't friendly. There were several things that seemed unkept. A ceiling tile missing with a bucket under it. The ice machine on the first floor was out of order. The elevator was out of order, the equipment in what they called the gym...which was a very small room off the pool that was full indoors, but out of season was dirty and very unkept.

Upon arrival the pool was closed because of the season. It is an indoor pool. I don't understand why. We requested to not have the linens changed and they said they wouldn't. When we went to town the next day, there wasn't any sign we could put on the door so they wouldn't come in to change anything. We told the front desk as mentioned the day before. When we returned, the bed was made, dirty clothing was placed on clean clothing, my pj's were moved. We didn't see anything missing, but that isn't the issue. The issue is that we asked to not have the cleaning staff come into our room to make the bed and change the linens. According to Utah Code Chapter 29 covering Hotels And Inn Keepers, it is against the law for Inn Keepers and employees of such for them to ignore the request of a guest to stay out of the rented room for up to 48 hours after the guest obtains access to the room. Meaning they have full right to enter after the second night. So it is perfectly ok for them to go into our rented room for cleaning today. Not yesterday. This hotel used to be a motel 8. There are placards on the inside of the door staying such. This hotel is below motel 6 standards as far as upkeep goes. There was a blue tub in the hallway when we showed up Tuesday evening and it was still there this morning Thursday. There is no handicap access anywhere except the front door going into the lobby. If you're in a wheel chair and rent upstairs, don't. The elevator don't work. The only ice is upstairs

Changing from Royal Inn to a Super8 no sign made it difficult for food delivery and transportation beds are horrible clean but uncomfortable and the bed platforms creak. Did not sleep well because of the noise from the beds.

The room was filthy stains everywhere, on every surface, hot water was barely warm, this is really not the actual hotel name, it rhymes with an alternative name duper h Oh and the mattress smelled like human intercourse. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone for a stay, really sad

This is a budget extreme hotel. There is no visible sign on the building, there was an employee smoking right by the entrance next to a sign that said no smoking within. 25 feet. The entire hotel smelt musty, especially the hotel room. The ceiling above the window is falling down and crumbling. There were holes in the carpet. The tv is TINY with like 10 channels. Even though the hotel advertises a pool it was closed ‘for the season’ which I have never experience in a hotel room. It felt obviously lazy and false advertising. Everything in the room is from the 90’s. We won’t be staying again.

As advertised given a super 8 establishment. Nothing terrible and un- expected. Did have some very suspect stains on the ground in front of the bed... When I moved the side corner chair over I found some lovely dried out rose petals presumably from Valentine's day which would explain the wonderful stains I encountered.

This property is an old Super 8 Hotel that is being privately run by owners who are still using the old Super 8 labeled supplies. Nothing has been upgraded or repaired since the 90’s when it was a super8. The hotel is in a disgusting state of disrepair. Wiring to the lights ripped out of the wall and hanging loose on both walls, shower rod falling off the wall, no hot water, room numbers just written on paper and taped to some of the doors. The breakfast was raw hashbrowns, only one type of jam, and limited limited variety of anything else to eat. Coffee in the lobby was atrocious but was also hardly ever there. Pool and hot tub full of water but closed!? Needed a late check out, I asked for around 11:30, around 11:30 the front desks calls me while I’m driving back to the hotel and threatens to charge me late checkout because I wasn’t out at exactly 11:30. Extremely rude to myself and other customers!! I do not recommend this facility. I travel a lot, and this was the worst experience I have ever had.

Currently being renovated, they've done a nice job so far. Clean, comfortable rooms that didn't smell bad. Pool and fitness rooms closed for maintenance. Limited but adequate breakfast. Acceptable value option for a quick stay.

Honestly not bad for the price! The beds were comfortable, it’s in a safe area. Staff were friendly enough and the room was clean. Didn’t try the breakfast, but saw cereal and waffle maker and maybe some pastries. Overall, safe place with clean enough rooms for the price.

Cut some slack to this property. They are under renovation. The room was only 50 bucks so I’m not complaining. But know what you’re getting yourself into they advertise several pictures of their pool online. However, there’s a big sign that says closed for the season when you walk into the hotel. Like what the heck it’s an indoor pool.??? The bed was good but everything else sucked! The heater was so loud we had to turn it off. The fridge was so loud we unplugged it. The hot water in the shower did not last. The sink did not drain. They have an airport shuttle, but we didn’t use it. The people that worked there are nice the property seems pretty safe.

I want a refund or credit because this was unacceptable. There was only one person there and I got checked into a room with a broken toilet . They told me no maintenance was available so they moved my room. It was still the same thing and I didn’t feel comfortable at all. I ended up checking out hours after I came . Didn’t even get sleep. They also state visitors can’t go in the room or pool area (pool and hot tub were closed) or anywhere else. This is insane. Why are they controlling visitors ? I want my money back!
