There is a newly remodeled bathroom that is clean and nice.

After booking you will be sent an invite to our August Smart Lock, which allows you to use your phone to enter the condo without need for a physical key.

There is usually plenty of street parking directly in front of the condo. No parking on the driveway as it is shared with the neighboring building and won’t allow for parking without blocking access to the other buildings back parking.

Please plan to open your app and scroll down to “checkin” section on your airbnb account. It will walk you through step by step where to park and how to get in, with photos and all.

Other things to note:
Our cleaning fee covers basic washing of the linens, restocking the essentials, and a basic cleaning. You are expected to keep the space as clean as you found it otherwise. You need to clean up after yourselves and replace the dish's once you have hand washed them.

There is no smoking, and no additional guests are allowed inside the unit who are not already added to the reservations without expresses consent by us ahead of time.

No pets please.

The neighborhood:
This area is hip and diverse. It is so close to all that the downtown area has to offer. Its walking distance to the famous Red Iguana Mexican Food Restaurant. The entire area has been bought up by big developers over the last several years and there are few smaller buildings remaining. There are larger beautiful higher end apartment buildings with retail below, shooting up all around us here.

Like most downtown areas, this area is a melting pot. We have never had any issues with safety or theft but we recommend taking your valuable in with you to be safe.
