Close to airport

Hotel was decent; room service food was good, which I’ve found to be unusual and didn’t seem quite as pricey as most room service menus (still expensive); bed was comfortable and felt clean. Absolutely no amenities near this location- many hotels in this area and there is NOTHING close by! If you live in Utah, the hotel apparently let’s you park there for up to a week and the hotel shuttle will take to/from the airport. Didn’t help me but may help someone else reading this that lives in the area!

Affordable hotel near SLC/airport

The hotel is affordable and the room furnishings are nice. The hote itself/rooms are aging and the shower head is very low- my 6' boyfriend had to bend down. Aside from those very minor gripes, I would highly recommend this hotel as a nice and affordable place to stay for a night or two near SLC/the airport.

Ok. But not great. It is an older building and it shows. Sheets were rough and pilled. An exterior door was broken.

Staff very friendly Like most other employees certain individuals consumed by cell phone. " lady which was to clean my room "

The customer service provided by the hotel staff was excellent. Shuttle service schedule could have been clearer. Weekend continental breakfast hours should be extended to accommodate those flying out on AM flights (service doesn't start until 7am).

good location for flights

Night cdckin guy wasn't the friendliest but day staff was great. Left Fitbit and called to have it retrieved but they never called back after a week. Frustrating. Great location for flying out on early morning flight. Huge nice room.

Comfortable rooms

Pros: It was comfortable and clean.
Cons: Security! Someone stole our vehicle & there were no cameras to help determine who took it. Additionally, we never saw a Security Guard.
Location: The location wasn't that good. It was in the middle of no where. Only other hotels near by. Not much to do other than stay at the hotel.
My experience was very pleasing; although our vehicle was stolen in the hotel parking lot. I was disappointed to be informed that there were no cameras in the parking lot because this would have helped determine who stole our vehicle. We were informed that there was a Security Guard watching the parking lot, but not once did we see a Security Guard and we walked throughout the parking lot, just in case the thieves took everything and decided to leave the vehicle somewhere else in the parking lot. Other than our vehicle being taken, we had a very good experience with the hotel and staff.

Close to the airport

Nice hotel, clean and quiet. Door stuck something awful but that was the only negative. 5 minutes from the airport, very convenient.

reasonable price for a hotel close to air port

Pros: Convenient location to air port.
Cons: Bed could be a little better and the cable guide did not work which made it hard to know what was available on tv.
It was a good hotel that was reasonable compared to the others in the area. Rooms were clean and tidy but the bed was not above standard in comfort
