This property is run down. Door locks didnt work, even after i notified the desk each day multiple times. The staff didnt seem to care.

We stayed last night before flying out back home and the property was safe and clean. Our room was nice and comfortable. It was in walking distance to get some thing to eat and there is shuttle service to the airport which was phenomenal. We did not have the same experience at another hotel that we stayed when we first arrived in Salt Lake City, so I would definitely recommend this if you are flying in or out of Salt Lake City airport

Everything was super clean and the staff was great! We were staying because our flight tipping canceled it to airport, and everybody was very accommodating! Definitely will use again when we’re back out that way.

The facility really needs updating. The dryer is on its last leg. They think one washer & dryer isn’t enough for the size of the facility. The staff is amazing they go above and beyond the call of duty.

The hotel had a very smelly hallway and the rooms were not clean. One bed had a cushion and no pillow.

We arrived late in the evening to a very busy front desk. A very rude and demanding client was thoroughly hasseling the receptionist ( Angelica?). She did a wonderful job handling his demands and attending to all the other patrons in line waiting to be checked in. He was quite aggressive and she held her own in a professional and firm demeanor. Give this gal a raise!!

It is a decent place to lay your head for the night, but there was issues with the keys for a lot of the people who rented the rooms. (I was in the lobby working and heard multiple people complain) I would recommend if your a heavy sleeper and are passing through

I've stayed here twice this winter when I've had an early morning flight from the airport. The front desk and shuttle service were fantastic both times. The rooms are huge for the price. The flooring in the elevator should be replaced. It's torn & worn. Everything else looked nice.

Worst La Quinta I have stayed at. Building is OLD and run down. Bed was terribly uncomfortable, wasn’t able to get more than a few hours sleep. Avoid if possible

Electricity went twice causing certain outlets in my room to be without power, walls are so thin that I heard dogs barking, babies crying, and people walking by. There was no hot water at the sink. If i needed hot water, i had to get it at the tub. Price was okay, but not the place for me!
