Cons: See
Bath tub was very dirty on non-slip area, walls were cracking by the window, big water bubble in the ceiling, new carpet was not stretched-had "bumps" throughout, need some type of riser between carpet and tiles, (not tape),heater was extremely noisy. They are trying to make improvements but need someone to inspect what has been done and what needs to be redone. Lobby was very nice.

Thank you so much for taking time and writing us. We have ordered the riser between carpet and tiles which you have mentioned. As soon as its available, we will start the process of installing them in the rooms. We have also ordered new wall vinyl for the entire hotel which will be installed by the end of December. Lobby was our first project which we completed 6 months ago and im happy to hear that you liked it. Once our remodeling is complete in the rooms and halls, im sure you will love it. Nice but older

We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable but we did notice it could use a good vacuuming. The Windows could have used a good cleaning and the ceiling had a decently large spot that needed fixing. However the staff were amazing and the room/beds were great. Even though this hotel is right next to the airport we only heard one plane take off and that was around 8pm. Great place to stay.

Beautiful Hotel with Exceptional Customer Service

From checking to check out, every hotel staff member was beyond friendly and helpful. The hostess at the Saphire Grill both for the Friday social as well as Saturday and Sunday morning breakfast was nothing less than spectacular and extremely professional. Will use this hotel next visit.

Pros: Fairly clean and mostly friendly staff
Cons: Fix some of the wear and tear of the place, but it’s fairly presentable and definitely better than the airport inn next door.
Location: Location is not far from downtown
We’ve told them our miserable experience at the airport inn hotel and they felt sorry for us and gave us a very nice upgrade. Everybody was so friendly and you can tell that they enjoy what they do. Food was good as well. They made sure that our stay would be very relaxing.

Maid DID NOT SERVICE MY ROOM AT ALL..I don't have anymore to add. Hot water was to hot.

No parking

When we got to the hotel and checked in I asked the clerk what the hight was on the parking garage he had no clue so I asked where we could park our pickup truck and trailer. His response was scoffing and saying I guess on the street. He never mentioned breakfast. I did not sleep well as there was a party going on up stairs. So I go down to the lobby to get what I thought was continental breakfast keep in mind no signs or anything saying otherwise. I was not the only person to get caught by this. A family of 5 was sitting at the table next to me I felt bad for them as the breakfast is $12.00. I was told that I should have been informed at check in this was the same response the family of 5 got as well. I make frequent trips to Salt Lake City I will not be staying here again.

Nice hotel close to airport

Pros: Comfortable room. Close to SLC airport.
Cons: Non-slip mat in bathtub becoming unglued. Could be a fall hazard.
One night stay. Good sleep. Easy to get to airport.

Great Hotel To Stay At

Over this was a very pleasant stay. Staff was outstanding, the room was very clean and comfy. The breakfast could use a little attention, the eggs and hash browns were cold even though they had just been brought out from the kitchen. The coffee was old and cold as well. We actually ended up going out for breakfast. Other than that I would recommend this hotel for a stay while in SLC.
