Gem of a hotwlel after red eye

Thank you for letting us check in early!!! My group of 11 had a flight cancellation and needed accommodations last minute. Staff allowed us a very early check in. Very Comfortable rooms. Thanks !

I very much appreciated the staff. Mele the front desk receptionist was especially helpful. First time alone traveller in SLC and she and the staff helped me out wit questions. If I return to SLC I will be staying there again.

Nice hotel close to airport

Nice big King size bed room. Comfortable bed and pillow. Dinning area was so cold even they setup many heaters but still so cold at the morning. Breakfast was cold not fresh. Perfer self-service for drink instead of ordering from someone. Overall nice hotel ..

Bad experience

Our room keys not work and had to wait in the lobby for about an hour. The desk were not available. Will never stay at a Radisin again

The hotel was doing some renovation so the carpets on the third floor and the elevator were not clean. Our room was excellent, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The "breakfast included" was terrible probably a 5 years old child can cook much better. The eater for shower was too Hot at minimum level.

Staff Interaction & Responsiveness

Pros: Accessibility near airport and Sugar house neighborhoods - quick access to highway to Park City, Snow bird and other ski resorts
Cons: Breakfast - Allowing customers to get their own drinks i.e. coffee, juices
My car didn't start; had to jumpstart the battery. Staff was very helpful and responsive. Also, allowed a late checkout.

This hotel was great. A 5 minute walk to catch the Trax. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Clean room and the hotel staff was excellent. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Disappointed

Location: convienant to the airport or downtown, but a noisy location.
The desk person was very nice, and told me I was getting an upgraded room when I checked in. Sounds good. I get off the elevator,and the entire hallway is littered with pieces of carpet,carpet foam,staples,,3 in nails. I get in the room, which looked nice, but it felt cold. I go to look at the thermostat,and there are just the wires sticking out of the wall. So, I had to go back down to the desk, and get another room. This room was bigger, but next to the highway and very noisy. The TV turned on, but no channels. The shower faucet handle was very beat up,and the handle to the door on the shower door was ready to fall off.It seems like they are in the process of remodeling the rooms, but there needs to be more attention to making that transition the least noticeable to the guests.
