Though we rented a boat for excursions, went to TOC and had a guided excursion, the beauty and seclusion offered at Papaya House are phenomenal. One can stay at the home and experience wonderful privacy and beauty. The house itself was well furnished with soaps, towels, linens….all the start-up items you would expect. We chose not to rent a car and had no trouble getting a driver to Little Exuma. The cabana and hammock are added perks of the home. It was most definitely one of our top, of not the top, vacation we’ve experienced. Thank you!" Beautiful Tropic of Cancer beach is steps away. The house was clean with a modern design and modern appliances. The pool was warm and clean. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars…the house stated it had beach chairs but there were only three (for a house that sleeps 6) and one was rusted and broken. We were given a code to the guest locker for beach items but it didn’t work. The microwave stopped working. Our local host was not responsive to email. I did call but no follow up or resolution. Otherwise Exuma was wonderful.
