After new year start charging breakfast of you want to try something inside the heating pots. Not a good experience. Almost break my charging cable inside the room while cleaning. Take it off after charging since then… Maybe okay in Mexico, but sketchy comparing to Canada.

Given the increase in breakfast costs, it was decided to make an additional charge, which is mentioned when registering.Regarding the charger, within the cleaning protocols it is not to move our clients' personal belongings to avoid any inconvenience since not everyone is happy with this being done.

Not up too standard too the name brand
Water backed up on floor ! From drain in floor! In bathroom! Bathroom door after closing it was trapped inside handle didn’t work from inside nor from outside too well! Lock inside twice! Front door was not sealed

We found this place very comfortable and cozy, the rooms very spacious and the parking lot with enough room for large vehicles, the front desk staff friendly and willing to help with any need as well as the maintenance staff on the day shift, unfortunately the staff in charge of the entrance gate at the night shift acted in a rude and unprofessional manner, with a haughty and arrogant attitude, this is the third time we stayed at this hotel we never had this issues before.

Buena experiencia
Nos atendieron muy bien en recepción, el check-in y check-out fueron rápidos... las instalaciones en general son agradables, la habitación estaba cómoda. La limpieza en general es buena aunque hay detalles que podrían mejorar... creo que sí volvería :)

Very nice colonial style old-time motel with a courtyard, fountain and beautiful landscaping. Large bedroom, very comfortable bed, but slightly dated furniture. The place was quiet and we could get a good night sleep. Breakfast was very satisfactory. We would go again if in the area.

Le ofrecemos una disculpa por no haberlo recibido en el hotel, desgraciadamente lo que paso fue que al momento de que se terminaron las habitaciones en ese inter cayo su reservación. Ojala y nos de la oportunidad de poder recibirlo en su proxima visita a la ciudad de Saltillo.

The place was great, and clean. The included breakfast is not good, sorry to the cooks but definitely want to pass on that. The room we got was fine except I'm not sure if the door locked all the way. Still felt safe though. I would come back.

This was our second stay here inside of a week. This hotel is great and safe! They just need to check out the drains in the showers. I would come back and have recommended to friends & family.

Oldish but very nice
The hotel was old but clean, well equipped, and comfortable with a full kitchen. A large refrigerator was especially welcome as we had meat and other food that needed the refrigerator with a freezer section. We were surprised that the breakfast was larger than continental and was very good. The service was very good and accommodating. We recommend it and would stay there again.

Nice place
Front desk was amazing. She realized my speaking Spanish was horrible and spoke to me in perfect English. The on site restaurant was closed so she gave me directions to places in walking distance. Very helpful

It's an American style open plan with separate buildings, however it is overdue for a renovation, facilities are well kept, but dated, not a bad stay, the people is good.

nice little apartments skip the breakfast
the rooms are great with living room and full kitchen clean, the reception is friendly (the mask-properly-on-watch-bulldog is not friendly) the breakfast is a joke by no means standard best western

Excesivo olor a cigarro
A pesar de ser habitaciones para no fumadores, la habitación olía mucho a cigarro, se le comento al personal de Administración y quedaron de enviarnos un aromatizante para contrarrestar el olor, pero nunca lo enviaron. Tuve que utilizar mi desodorante para mitigar el aroma. Se oye el ruido de las habitaciones aledañas, ya que están conectadas entre si.
