Worst hotel experience of my life

Made reservations for the deluxe room for a week(microwave and small fridge helped with the decision). First day no microwave and fridge was acting weird plus no hot water or even pressure on the shower. Second day noticed the room phone line was dead. Third day some food got spoiled cause the small fridge wasn't working, the A/C stopped working and the phone is still dead. Fourth day they moved me to a regular room cause they can't fix nothing at all and mention some compensation while kitchen can't seem to handle their own freaking menu saying they don't do what you asked but what they feel like doing. Fifth day they know nothing of the compensation and the manager is lost and can't be found. Sixth day same thing but now they say it needs to be fixed by Expedia. Last day they offer 5000+ points on the SPG app(around 2 free nights) but first we need to make an account... STILL waiting and the manager never showed up or called. Never going to a Four Points again, management is utterly useless and they don't care about their service. I guess that's Mexico style. Expedia hasn't helped much either since they keep talking about the points compensation that somehow is taking more time every day than what they say.

Convenient pet friendly hotel in Saltillo

Pros: Convenient, friendly staff, pet friendly, safe.
Cons: Staff training, general maintenance, overall cleaning.
We've stayed here serveral times in the past. This year we stayed there on our way from Guadalajara to Houston and back for a total of 2 different stays. The hotel in conveniently situated, and makes the drive so much easier. The rooms are big and comfortable. Wifi works pretty well. The new administration is trying, but the hotel has its own problems. I believe management should put more attention on quality control. There were a few areas in the room that looked dirty (behind furniture, doors, corners, etc.). Complimentary coffee at the lobby was very old, therefore it tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Staff is trying very hard to please, and they are wonderful but it seems to be they need some training. The air conditioned worked, except it had a leak that soaked the carpet... or maybe it froze up (by 5am there was no cool air coming out of the unit). I will definitely stay here again, just hope they improve a little to compete with other hotel chains with newer buildings in the area.

Hotel is really old

The hotel is really old, even though hotel was gated still felt unsafe since we were on 1st floor. Smelly restroom, and the room smelled moldy. Hotel is smoke free and we could smell someone smoking from somewhere

The staff was great. The front desk helped me order room service since my Spanish is limited. The food was very good and the room comfortable.

Do not stay here .

I would not go back to this place for various reasons . Rooms were not kept clean , iron box dint work . Worst part is workers keep shouting / laughing in the middle of the night ( around 2)
