Over all the place was nice. We did however wake up to ice and water falling on us from the air conditioning unit that was above the bed 😳 No fault of the hotel - sometimes these things happen when the unit gets iced up - It was just poor timing and actually the location of the air conditioning unit should NEVER be put above a bed - anytime it would fail the bed would get wet 😳

We had a great stay. The room was bright and clean, beds were really comfy, the pool was a bit cool but protected from the wind. The onsite restaurant served delicious Mexican Buffet.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever
We didn't stay. We booked a room weeks in advance. We had a pet. I had a Spanish speaker call over a week before our arrival to inform the hotel that we needed a pet room. (This is a support dog for a 80% Disabled Veteran.) When we arrived, they had no pet friendly rooms and they would not give us a room. The dog weighs 11 pounds, is hairless, danderless, but they would not accommodate. I told the clerk that we had called ahead, and she did not deny it, but just repeated they did not have a pet room, and she could not reach her manager nor do anything about it. Hotels.com tried to contact the hotel many times after the fact to get a refund, but could not reach the manager. Hotels.com finally gave me a refund on my "cancellation," because I rent a lot from them, but it is on my record and that makes me so mad. I did not cancel late. I was denied a room. There is a difference! Not hotel.com's fault, but DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. If there is a problem, there will be no help for you from management. We wasted 5 hours getting a hotel (that would accept a pet) and paid twice as much as our reservation here had been. We go through Saltillo 4 to 6 times a year and will NEVER make a reservation at this hotel again. The manager, if he is not the owner, should be fired.

First, it was not a hotel it was a motel. Actually it was what they called in the 50s a motor court. It probably had its heyday in the 50s and has not been upgraded. The refrigerator did not work, I went to the front desk to get ice they had none. The bed was hard, had one flat sheet and what appeared to be the inside part of a bedspread or at least it needed a duvet cover. I was too tired to realize I could have gotten in my car been on my route home and found any number of good hotels. I was so worried about the bed I slept in my clothes. I picked this place because I thought it would be easier to get off of my route and back onto my route.

There was no kitchen utensils,paper products,only 2 bath towels( no small towels) and the bed had not been made. We slept on a mattress cover with the quilted mattress cover over us. Requested some bedding but was told they didn't have any left. After much complaining someone went to another unit and got us a blanket.Very disappointing and annoying!

Este hotel es una joya escondida. Si bien no es el más nuevo, si es muy cómodo, conveniente, y a un excelente precio. el check-in fue rápido, sin inconvenientes, y las encargadas muy gentiles y eficientes. El cuarto era más grande de lo que esperaba, muy cómodo, y contaba con todo lo descrito en la página de expedia. Estaré gustoso de regresar a hospedarme ahí.

El peor lugar con la peor atención.
Tuvimos una mala experiencia los muebles eran viejos y bueno eso no fue lo peor la atención del personal fue pésima y incluso hasta grosera la peor que e tenido además además no contaban con servicio de wifi.no volveremos a ese lugar ya que por 100 pesos mas podemos cons guíe un lugar mucho mejor.

Comfortable, but worn.
Rooms are too worn for the normal price they charge, but the beds were extremely comfortable. Towels are minimal and all are more worn than they should be. This hotel is pleasant enough if you are staying in the pretty part where the rooms face the lovely center greenery on both sides and the fountain is at the end, but if you are staying on the outside edge the road noise is significant and the view is basically a big vacant lot. The water got hot in the bathroom and the pressure was good. The TV never really turned off so there was a constant dull blue glow from the screen all night. But seriously, for their normal price? Just keep driving to another location.

This is an older hotel, but the rooms are comfortable and clean, the room had a good air conditioner, and really good water pressure. The restaurant had a good breakfast buffet, but make sure to get there before the free buffet closes. The price was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel Service .. Rude Restaurant Lady
The Hotel was clean and the service was great. The only issue I had was at the time of the restaurant, the lady in charge was extremely rude. I went to reception for my tickets for our included breakfast 2 adults and 2 children, we only rcvd 2 tickets and was told that the girls were fine with our tickets ..When I arrive at the restaurant lady said that I had to pay extra for the 2 kids because I did not have their tickets,I nicely explained what reception said and she continued to say, about the charge, I asked her to ask them and she started to reply rudely and sarcastic ..then tells me there were two buffets for breakfast, the one that was included with room was beans, egg, tortilla chips w/ heavy cream & cold coffee, sugarless cereal and milk, then for additional cost you could get the other buffet that included oatmeal, pancakes and omelets ( a whole lot better) .. by this point I am upset at her tone and as we sit she reminds me of the additional cost for the 2 buffets.. the Chef steps out and goes to reception ( which is what should have been done initially because my reservation was with the Hotel not the Restaurant inside) and indeed reception told them the kids had paid.. he then hands the lady 2 extra tickets for the kids and throws them on the counter. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

The first room they gave us the bathroom was dirty and stinky but service was great and courteous, they changed us immediately and apologized. However the hotel is a little old and an upgrade or little maintance will be great. At least paint on the walls, it was disgusting to see the walls dirty with people's hands.

Hotel couldn't find my reservation, which I made at 11pm the night before and then they tried to say I didn't pay when I had already paid online when I made the booking. Finally, we got everything straight. The hotel was probably beautiful 50 years ago but not today. It was stained and dirty. The room smelled musty and even worse when we turned the air unit on to cool off the room. The towels didn't smell fresh either. The window lock did not work. I was glad I had my dog with me who has a very vicious sounding bark so that nobody would bother trying to come in. Would not stay here again.
