“Our room was clean but wasn't the room we were supposed to have reserved, because obviously Expedia doesn't book the room when you pay for it, so you get whatever you end up with. It all worked out because we got a bungalow suite. It was in the center of the resort, we had an amazing front porch, with great views of the resort. They are very greedy with the towels, so if you need more towels then the number of people in your room you are not getting them. I person = 1 towel. You have to pay an……

“It's a lovely place to come for a good get away. Customer service was top tier, rooms were remarkable clean, the food was absolutely amazing and beach view was great aswell I will most definitely be returning.”

“This was not a hotel but a motel. It was not as described on the website. Customs officers at the airport never heard of the hotel and had to look it up The bathroom was subpar. No where to hang your clothes, only one chair, the bedroom door had holes that you could see outside. The was no changing of linen until you asked for it and then they exchanged it when you gave them your previous towel. There was only one bin which was in the bathroom. If you were expecting to get a good night sleep……

“We never made it to the room. No one could confirm the reservation we waited over 30 minutes and finally gave up and ended up in a different hotel. Also when we got there the description of the place was not what it really was.”

“Although the hotel is older their are things in need of improvement advertising of a pool without one,no hotwater, ants,no night stand to place or plug in cellphone bad internet.No complementary coffee or breakfast as advertised ,poor lighting, some staff friendly some not so.and I have visited Jamaica many times and places over 45 years. Even the poor must be honest and advertise as so.”

“So this place is still recovering from the hurricane. It isn't quite there yet but it's one of the best views I've ever seen of a sunset. Good for people not expecting perfection and are reasonable. Great price and an awesome view”
