The stay was amazing ! Beautiful place with the most extravagant service I received in a foreign country. The reception desk was top of the line and the restaurant staff. This stay is better than getting a hotel room. Only problem i had was, not having someone in person to help me with the process of achieving the keys. If not for the kindness of the security guard, I would have been really frustrated. It isn't the job of the security guard to be manager. They should be compensated.

The ease for making arrangements - transportation to other area attractions as well as other locations in Costa Rica - plus COVID testing on site, and thoughtful room design made this a pleasant place to stay.
