The service is very friendly and welcoming, but the hotel was very outdated, the outside pool chairs were not clean at all, and the WiFi did not work at all.

Die Zimmer wurden sehr gut gereinigt, oft neue Hand- und Badetücher. Bettlagen wurden 1-Mal sowie bei Verschmutzung gewechselt.Top. Frühstück war ausreichend aber 7 Tage immer das gleiche und damit sehr eintönig! Man konnte im Poolbereich frühstücken, dieser Bereich wurde nie gereinigt. Die Tische mußte man selbst reinigen. Und das in Coronazeiten. Restaurant zum Hotel leider zu wenig original griechisches Essen > schon auf Touristen zugeschnitten. Es gab auch Schnitzel!? Dafür kein Moussaka oder ähnlich typisch Griechisches.

De kamer was simpel maar schoon en het was groot genoeg. De kookplatrn doen het niet meer, omdat Anema een hotel is geworden. Het ontbijt is simpel, maar goed verzorgd. Het zwembad is heerlijk en er zit een bar bij. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Vooral de receptionistes en de manager zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook enorm gexellig om een praatje mee te maken. Alles bij elkaar een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Karlovasi'de en iyi
Güleryüzlü hizmet aldık. Otel pırıl pırıl, odamız çok hoş, kahvaltı tatmin ediciydi. Fiyat kalite dengesi açısından çok iyi. Temel handikap kablosuz internet bağlantısının sadece ortak alanlarda var olmasıydı.

Limana yakın.
Öncelikle otel personelinin tamamı güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Girişte oda ve genel alanlar oldukça temizdi. Ancak otel oldukça eski. Bu tarz bir konfor aramıyorsanız limana ve merkeze yakınlığı, sahilin hemen karşısında olmasıyla harika bir konuma sahip. Benim gördüğüm tek dezavantaj wifi idi. Odalarda neredeyse hiç çekmiyor. 3. Katta kaldık wifi hiç bağlanmadı. Bunun dışında otelden memnun ayrıldık.

La settimana in questo hotel è stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole. L'hotel è grazioso e confortevole con una bella piscina piuttosto grande. Inoltre attraversando la strada si è già in spiaggia: una piccola spiaggia di ciottoli e sabbia con la possibilità di affittare lettino e ombrellone a prezzi economicissimi. Nonostante questa spiaggia sia vicino al porto l'acqua è trasparente. Le camere dell'albergo sono spaziose, con un balcone e un cucinino, pulitissime. Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni giorno. Le persone che abbiamo incontrato alla reception sono state davvero gentili con noi e sempre disponibili, ci hanno dato tante informazioni utili e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Consiglierei a tutti questo hotel e ci tornerei senz'altro. Purtroppo a causa della crisi la fermata dell'autobus accanto all'hotel non è più in servizio ma noi siamo riuscite comunque a visitare le spiagge più belle della costa nord prendendo il taxi fino al parcheggio dei pullman nella parte alta della città (il servizio taxi sull'isola è efficiente e piuttosto economico : dal porto al parcheggio dei pullmann la tariffa è di circa 5 euro con il costo della chiamata)

The owners were really nice and helpful. The restaurant at the entrance next to the beach is also a really good deal.
