“Lovely apartment in Royal William yard, easy check in process. Lots of lovely eateries near by. The apartment is beautiful, the bed super comfy, the whole place warm and cosy. As in the description there are no curtains or blinds at the windows due to planning regulations - so if you're a light sleeper take an eye mask. The stairs up to be mezzanine bedroom are narrow and steep, not a problem for us but could potentially be difficult.”

“We had a lovely night away at this peaceful treehouse & didn’t want to come back. We fully immersed ourselves in nature, enjoyed the peace & quiet of the secluded surroundings listening to all the wildlife. The treehouse is so cosy and the views from it were beautiful. The lake was also a beautiful setting to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening watching the sunset. We even enjoyed the use of the composted toilet & pretended we were on celebrity get me out of here. We highly recommend this……

“The flats are centrally located in Liskeard, easy to find, I found my apartment spotlessly clean on arrival. I would not hesitate to book again.”

“The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained. The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat……
