“The stay was okay, but a few things could definitely be improved. The soundproofing isn’t great — you can easily hear noise from the hallway or nearby rooms. Only one room key is provided, which can be a little inconvenient for two guests. There’s also no room service, so you’ll need to order delivery if you want a meal. “The overall experience was quite good, and the location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
However, there is one area that needs improvement: cleanliness and attention to detail. In the room, I found footprints on the floor, hair stuck to the bathroom wall, and stains at the bottom of the toilet bowl. There were also tea stains on the cups and trays.
