Ok hotel

We checked in Friday afternoon and went to our room and our cards did not work. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked just fine and the bed are really comfortable . around 1:30 am Saturday morning the alarms went off in the hotel for about 5 mins they were really loud and woke me. There was no explanation from the hotel as to why the alarms went off or any apology for waking up most people in the hotel. Also through your 2 night stay we had to go back downstairs various times to have our key cards fixed as they would not work and it was a big inconvenience. We planned on swimming but my husband said the pool was really dirty , our kids were really disappointed. The best thing about this hotel was probably the breakfast, my kids and husband really enjoyed it and it was free. I must add that the staff was really friendly but I will most likely stay at another hotel next time.

Good Afternoon Lori, I want to apologize for the alarms during your stay. Unfortunately, things like this do occur in a hotel. We had a guest that set the smoke detector off in their suite. Again, I apologize for that. We are working very hard and as quickly as we can to repair the pool from the prior ownership. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with superior service and accommodations your next visit.

Noisy you can hear guest talking from other rooms

Well I don’t where to begin but shortly I had bad experience from the time I started checking in as the staff told me my credit card was declined even though I knew it had over 6K room on it called the bank and find out that the staff was putting in a wrong exipiration date ugh ..... ugh . Rooms are huge although the bathtub are so tiny .The worst experience was one of the towel I was provided with had stains all over it and it was so gross. Also I am very disappointed as the rate I reserved the hotels on Expedia didn’t apply when I checked in the staff told me that the hotel has different rates every day. What the point of making reservations / I asked for military discount and I was told that Expedia already had set up the rate which is true because the rate I reserved for it was not what I ended up with. It’s so annoying.

Overbooked

Booked my room and when we went to check in someone was already in our room and the other rooms were all booked
