It was an awesome trip but breakfast was from 6am-10am..lol i always missed it

Inn of the concho

Rooms were dirty and the stairs leading up to our room were falling apart. I would not stay again.

Pros: Staff was super friendly. The morning breakfast was good.
Cons: A little deeper cleaning and updating the rooms would be nice.
We were checked in efficiently, but the lobby looked as though they were in the middle of a remodel. No problems there. We got to the room and it was a bit chilly so we turned on the heater and it smelled terrible. Burning the dust off would have smelled better but it did go away. The couch in the room looked like it was from the 1970's but seemed clean. I was excited to have an ironing board in the room but the pad was so stained I couldn't bring myself to use it. You could tell an effort was being made to make the rooms nice. We really could have used the Jacuzzi but it was empty. I MIGHT stay there again for the price after they have had time to update the rooms.

Who kicks their guests out

after doing the check in survey that got sent to the hotel, which was awful. I got a phone call while we were at our event saying since we were so unhappy that we could just come and get our belonging and find another place to stay. Even locked us out of our room so I couldnt get to our belongings. WORST MANAGER EVER!!!! Filed theft charges as the cleaning staff who actually pack our belongings for us, took my bag of prescription medications. I have photos to prove how awful this place is. Oh and the manager threatened to call the local in the area hotels and tell them not to rent a room to us. Oh and the dead bug behind the bsthroom door was there ehen we got there and still there after I was told the room was "cleaned" and the shoe prints were there after the room was cleaned.

Amazing Customer Service.

My daughter and I stayed and the room needs a little updating but it was ok. The service was extremely excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice and he was waxing the floor when I drove up. I started not to come in but his welcoming smile and invite was so amazing, that we made a decision to stay.

Nice stop on my way to the rio grand valley. Great breakfast in the morning to get me on my way.
