Needs attention to safety detail

Pros: It was next to the main highway with easy access.
Cons: The concrete stairs need to be fixed, the yellow safety paint needs to be freshened up, and the security door lock and latch need to be replaced.
Location: I don't know anything about the location and/or things to do nearby. I came in late and was only there for one business day.
When I arrived at the hotel the room that was supposed to be on reserve for me was a single king bed. During the check in process the desk clerk gave me a room number, as soon as I walked into the room the smell of cigarette smoke it me in the face. I went back to the front desk and told the guy that I needed a different room. He told me that is the room that I had reserved, he was courteous and apologized. I was unaware that hotels even allowed smoking in rooms now a days. When I was given my second room I went up the concrete stairs that were cracked. I found my room and it wasn't even done. There were dirty blankets, sheets, and shower curtain just laying on the floor. I called back down to the front desk, this time I was upset. The guy again was courteous and had me walk back down to get a new room key. I was given my third room key, this room was okay, until I locked the door and noticed that the security lock and latch were broken. Safety is a big issue with me, because I am a safety officer for my company. The restaurant next door has a nice staff. The food was just okay, after eating there it made me sick and I was up half of the night sick. I visit this city once a month and at this point in time, I won't be back to stay at this hotel.

Our room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that we could have used a few more pillows.

well i left my wallet in the lobby and when i went to get it 10 min later the clerk said someone turned it in but she handed me an empy wallet... she stole almost $400 and had nerve to hand me an empty wallet

Great room!

Pros: The entire room, bed, and TV set up.
Cons: Better wash soap.
Location: Good location for restaurants. 15 minutes from Air Force Base.
Very nice room. Large, comfortable, and had everything you need. The bed is the most important part to me and it was high end. Slept in late, which is rare for me. Also, being close to the highway surprised me how quiet the room was. Wish this was in every town. Only thing I would advise is, bring your own soap. Theirs is awful.

Hotel Manager From Hell

I have never been to this town when I got to the Hotel the front desk who is also the manager was just horrible wouldn't help me find the room nor have anyone help me carry bags upstairs no elevator I told her I have hurt hand. I stranger said he would help and she says I not going to let you stay here, How Awful!!!!!!!!
