I checked in to this hotel on 7/26 and extended several times as needed. On 8/1 my office extended the hotel again for that night.
When I returned from working all night the hotel had removed my things from the room and stuffed them in a cart. When I told them my office had extended the room for another night they said I could not check back in until 3:00 PM.
They received the new confirmation at 8:45 AM but rather than look for it they removed my things and told me to leave until 3:00 PM. This was how I was treated after staying there for 5 consecutive nights.
The absolutely worst customer service I have experienced in 5 years traveling for my company.

Be assure this matter was discuss with morning front desk and it will not be repeated with any other guest , Also know that even though you received conformation early but we wont see reservation in system for few hours .
