Nice hotel outside the city

Pros: I like the location being that it was outside of the city. Getting to restaurants and shopping was easy.
Cons: Clean the carpet. And more beverages should be made available for happy-hour. Abetter choice of snacks should also be available during happy-hour.
Location: Located just outside the loop, but in the mix of shopping and restaurants is a good quality.
Overall, the hotel stay was good. The room was comfortable, with plenty of room. The breakfast was very good. Disappointment was in the condition of the carpet on the stairs and in the hallways. The carpet was heavily stained. And their ideal of a happy-hour was terrible. The customers were treated to two type of medium quality box wines and over-cooked cookies.

Horrible Hotel

Check-in: Issued me a room that was already occupied and present. Stay: Not close to Six Flags (20+ minute). Loud doors. Roaches! Check out: Screwed up my invoice from check-in.

I would also like to apologize for the unexpected visitor you encountered. Unfortunatly from time to time an unwelcome visitor slips through our doors or hitchhikes indoors. as an added precaution I will schedule for pest control to make an additional visit to address your concern with the room you occupied.

Raining Night and Thunderstorm In San Antonio

Pros: Good Price, breakfast, close from HWY281
Cons: Better Cleaning, the hotel is going through a construction in the lobby, will be great if they will kept it clean, and dust off.
Location: Close from good restaurants
While I was in the Room @ midnight, it was raining hard, and thunderstorm hit San Antonio where the hotel is. I start hearing water dripping inside the window and start getting loud, it was leaking inside the room from Outside, and water coming from the roof inside the walls to the windows frame, and start pouring inside to the carpet, and Ac unite. I called the staff, no one answered. There was only one lady at the front desk, she was running like craze inside and Outside the hotel. She did the best and I felt sorry, that there was no manger and some one in charge of the hotel operation during the thunderstorm, I end up moving to another room, because the water keep pouring inside the room.

Motel 6 level

The rooms are not nice at all, for being best western plus suites, the rooms are at the motel 6 level. Room was not clean when we arrived. Manager was too busy to hear the issue. Water leaks all over the place in the shower so make sure you put towels on the floor when showering. No toilet paper

Didn't Feel Hot or Cold

Bathroom cleanliness had a lot to be desired. There was zero attention to detail in the bathroom. Caked on dust on the vent, hair on the floor, and the water temperature was warm at best. The room air conditioning was temperate...not hot but definitely not a cool comfortable feeling. I would find another hotel before I'd stay here again. There were plenty in the area.

Nice close to doctor

It's nice close to my doctor's appointment and businesses, restaurants, under remodeling with the only big problem.

Good location.

Pros: The location and the staff was very nice.
It was being remodeled so the entrance was hard to get to, and those days was cold and our room was cold and we could not bring the temperature up so we were cold.

Great hotel, will definitely stay again!

Easy check in, great staff, comfy bed and great continental breakfast! Plus, just the right distance from various attractions to make them all easy to get to. This was my second stay at this hotel, it's definitely become my go to when in San Antonio.
