Very inconvienced

First night after driving 13 hours, the first room we were given, the keys did not work. Second room we were given, we got all unpacked, settled in, ordered food, and the comode doesn't work. Moved to 3rd room and had to call take out place to notify of room change. Total nightmare. No compensation on the hotels part at all. Next morning treated rudely by manager when we complained. Never stay here again. EVER !

My company has no problem paying for the cost of staying away from home. The hotel needs to contact Hotels.com when there is an unexpected charge or deposit that is needed. I had to put a deposit for staying there for what is called possible damages to the room. Plus my company paid for two day stay and was fortunate to complete the work a day early and was not refunded any money. Paid in full through Hotels.com and the when my boss called in was told there was nothing that could be done. REALLY.

The young lady at the front desk named Celeste absolutely delivered excellent customer service.

This hotel was conveniently close to two major streets on 1604. Their are shopping strips on Culebra and Bandera. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Clever Title

I had to call the front desk from my mobile because the front clerk misspelled the wifi password and the phone in my room wasn't working. Hotel and staff didn't wow me but you get what you pay for.

Bed was comfy, Shower needs cleanup mold on showal

Pros: location was great closer to my girlfriends home :)
Cons: The shower needs to be worked on and has mold. please take care of it and my next stay i hope it's a good one without these flaws
Location: great restaurants around walking distance, startbucks, freeway close by.
I was pleased by staff members kindness. I received a fee without even knowing of $50.00 for possible incidentalls. displeased was not informed of that... I went to my room, 115, was clean when i was in but i checked the shower once i was going to shower i noticed it needed sealant/caulk around the shower walls. i noticed it had mold when i was going to shower. displeased. No breakfast but you pay for what you get. regardless La Quinta is where i should have gone too for break fast. still got a complementary coffee. overall a 3* due to hospitality of clerk and i really just wanted to sleep and rest away from home. I'm a local, i live in san antonio. My shower is cleaner than this hotels and i was displeased.

Convenient hotel

We were given a handicapped room when we did not request it. The kitchenette area was adequate.
