Not what we expected

We arrived at to check in to our hotel hoping to just get our keys and be able to go relax from a long ride, but it was definitely the complete opposite. We checked in at 4:45 and we're told our hotel rooms were still not available! We had to wait until 6p.m. to finally be able to enter our room when check in time is clearly at 3p.m, and weren't even apologized for it! Horrible

great place but dirty room

Very nice indoor pool, super yummy hot breakfast, very good big room but again it was not clean

Nice hotel

The hotel was very nice and conveniently located. The staff was extremely nice! Next time we're in San Antonio Texas we will stay here!

From the time we arrived.Service was top notch made us feel like we were VIP..From front desk with Rico,BJ..And our top rate service from DAISY.She was so professional and helpful.Making sure our room was clean,fresh linen,not one complaint from us.She is great NCO neat,clean & organized.She even went as far as letting us know if our expectation were not met.Let her know and she would make sure it was corrected.And the morning breakfast staff..Great selections,neat clean & freindly

We were there for 5 days and told front desk we didnt need room service everydayand they still came in and made beds...The Hotel was very clean and friendly staff.
