We stayed overnight on the 9th of March. Our check in person was awesome, very nice, helpful and personable. The hotel was very well kept, nice sized room. It is near the airport and highway, so we expected ambient noise to be raised due to location and that was the case. We also had some very noisy neighbors who apparently thought it was a good time to have an all night argument with a crying child, but that is not the hotel's fault. It just didn't help as I had a 4 AM wake up on a night we lost an hour due to time change. Only thing we found odd was the air freshener in the elevator. We thought it was someone's bad cologne at first......maybe find a new scent and put a sign that the vapors you see are from the air freshener. Overall, would highly recommend.

I wish i would have gotten the girls name at the front desk when we arrived at 10p.m. She was amazing! It has been a year since we stayed here and she remembered us and made sure we got what we had wanted from a year ago. That is what I call customer service especially since I didn’t think we made an impression on anyone when we got there a year ago. We complained about nothing because everything and everyone was amazing. Will always stay here when we come to San Antonio

Short stay but very nice
We were only there for one night to catch an early flight but everyone was so nice and friendly and the hotel was very clean and beds were so comfy. We enjoyed a nice drink at the bar in the evening and a good breakfast in the morning.

Staff polite, and friendly. Lobby Christmas decorations were nice. Room was clean/comfortable. Quality mattress. Pillows were too soft for me, but I prefer a supportive pillows. Great central location. Every place we visited was within a 20 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall good, beautiful lobby. Room was spacious. Main issues was with shower. The position of the door and shower head made it impossible to turn the water on to let it warm up from outside the shower. If the door was open it sprayed water all over the floor. There was also a mold issue in the shower. Grout had broken loose and there was mold. Apart from it being gross, the hotel should fix this for longevity of the shower. The shower door hadn't been cleaned and was cloudy.

The property advertises "Airport Shuttle", this is not the case. They will "call Lyft" for you if you need to get back and forth from the airport. Also, breakfast is NOT complimentary, they require you to pay.

The HVAC was making a terrible noise so couldn’t sleep the first night. The repair man came the next day to repair but had to come back a 2nd time. There was a problem with wifi. They tried to charge my room # for 2 meals I didn’t have.
