Thunderstorms and Power Outage:

We had the misfortune of severe thunderstorms causing a power outage. The ground floor was under construction for remodeling. No phone service or wake up call due to power outage. We had to leave early to catch a flight. The halls were dimly lit and stairwells not at all. After carrying our suitcases down the stairs we managed to find our way to the front lobby using a cell phone flashlight. The room itself was simple and clean. The beds very comfortable. Good option for anyone needing to stay a night near the airport.

nice staff great room

The hotel was in the middle of renovations but the breakfast area was clean and well stocked and the staff were very helpful... My room was large and kept spotless by housekeeping The front desk was April A gem!

Decent hotel, warm rooms, unusual alarms

room was very clean, however, the air conditioning was not controllable within and room was very warm throughout the night, and the fire alarm went off multiple times during the early morning 6am

Awesome hotel, friendly staff, quick check-in and Check-out. Amazing good breakfast. We were SO surprised with the biscuits & gravy...tasty! I think once the construction is done it will be even better. They have a great little gym too. Also, if you're a crossfitter there's a box across the street.

Construction and wasn't forewarned

Pros: Rooms were large enough
Cons: Let people know if you are doing construction.
Location: Poor location behind another hotel. Busy turning area and hard to find.Right by airport so good access once you are there.
Couldn't really tell how good the hotel was because there was significant construction going on that I was not made aware of. Rooms are pretty good, but views are terrible behind another hotel. The pool is small, but was clean. The breakfast is worthless as very limited choices and not enough seating. If you don't like the 1 main item to eat that day, then you don't get to eat. Overall would not recommend even at the very good price offered.

Nice Hotel with Lobby under major renovation

Hotel under construction

The photo of the fitness center is misleading. Also, it should have been disclosed that the hotel was under construction. The general contractor was doing coordination with his individual subcontractors during breakfast. I thought it was an isolated situation, however, they stayed in the dinning/lobby area until past noon discussing punchlist items. It was not only distracting but discourteous to the patrions of the hotel. I understand that people need to work but they should have had a designated room for their meetings.

Pros: Room was very clean and comfortable but my room was never serviced even though I spoke to the mail and told her when I would be leaving my room.
Cons: all of the above
I called a few days before my reservation to let the hotel know I would be arriving about midnight. I ask if that would be a problem and was assured that would be fine. The gentlemen told me he would note it on my reservation and my room would be waiting for me. When I arrived there was no room available and I was was directed to another hotel about 2 miles away.
