After one bad experience at days inn i was hesitant to rebook however it was a nice hotel very clean. The only thing that was really really annoying was that we knew check out was at 11 but were running a bit late and they came to our room and kept calling us to see if we were out yet. That made me mad. I will not stay there again. Will stick to comfort suites.

Breakfast was the most dissappointing part. A tiny tiny room. Waited forever to make a waffle and get a table. Very little choices. Room was cleanish. There were a few hotels way closer to seaworld that were so much nicer and only $10-20 more! Pay the extra!

My itinerary had 3 adults for a room with 2 queen beds. Me my wife and Son. My son went out on the town with a nephew we have in San Antonio . When he arrived back at 2:30 am the security guard approached and did not let him back in the room. Warning he would call the police my son and nephew had to leave hotel grounds. Next day I complained to front desk and was told only 2 people were registered for the stay when online with expedia I put in 3 adults. Had an extra day stay but decided to check out.

Extremely Hard Mattress!

The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, there were no ashtrays in my smoking room, and the mattress was so hard it was impossible to sleep comfortably! I tried piling pillows on the bed trying to make it somewhat comfortable, to no avail... I got practically no sleep, and would not go back for that reason!
