TV issues, room smells like mildew, paid $20 extra for getting into room two hours earlier, when I told manager we leave at 4:00-5:00 on Sunday morning.i didnt get reimbursed $70 fior leaving 7 hours early at time of check out. My brother passed away, we were in San Antonio fior a funeral, when we got back to hotel we couldn't get in twice this was an inconvenience it was very hot to sit and wait, the manager only gave us one key card, should of offered or given us two key cards perhaps one of the cards would of worked. The tub needs to be changed out, the shower made for short people and the wall needs painting. When we asked for clean towels, manager said we need to take the used towels before getting clean towels. Way too much noise upstairs running & jumping at midnight. Will not recommend my worst enemy to stay ar this place its an embarrassment.

We do not reimburse because you checked out earlier than the actual check out time as we do not have housekeeping 24/7 which we would than not be able to clean the room for the next guest until the housekeeping starts. NEVER AGAIN
room smelled like they just bombed for roaches.. found dead roaches on floor.. pool closed so we left checked into the Best Western because pool was open..

Tear it down and start over.
The guy that runs the place is very nice but the rooms are pretty bad. Broken furniture and painted over plastic tub and shower. Time for a total rebuild.

Property was in good condition. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the heater worked well. The bath tub and shower head were dirty so we didn't use them.

Sad but true
Older hotel-our friends a/c did not work in their room and our tv was out-maintenance could not fix. No compensation was given only that next time we stay hopefully it will be better. There will not be a next time.

From check in to check out everything was fantastic. the room was great, pool was very nice and the food was very good as well. It also doesn't hurt the Lady working the front desk is a sight for sore eyes

Seems like they are at the beginning of a remodel/refit to be on brand. Lots of little annoying things that were falling apart or not repaired yet. Most annoying to me personally was the coffee packs supplied to room DO NOT FIT the old coffee maker also supplied to the room

I booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children 12 and 15 and entered their ages when I did . We arrived late evening Fri April 5 and was told about meal vouchers . The lady at the desk asked how old the kids were and I told her 15 and 12. I had to pay an additional 20 dollars for breakfast for my 15 year old daughter . Vouchers only give us 3 options - 2 breakfast tacos same kind Breakfast burrito Or a plate with 1 pancake , one bacon and 2 eggs -MIND YOU that the special (which isn’t an option ) consisted of 2 pancakes , 2 eggs and bacon for 4.99 So basically we were paying 4 times that for no meat -oh and only coffee/water . Pretty much on both days we still HAD to pay for breakfast which was supposed to be free Anyone who has kids knows that the either will drink milk or juice -definitely not coffee . That was the first blow My husband was the first one to shower and the tub was dirty -2nd strike When you plug in a blow dryer or a phone charger near the vanity ,the light momentarily shuts off bathroom outdated and smaller than my pantry The lamp didn’t had a light switch , had to be unplugged. The door to open the room was tricky , not like any other card door The best western not even a mile away within view was actually priced cheaper , was newer and had free breakfast was booked , I should have looked sooner . Big waste of money and a let down for what you get and DON’T get . Won’t be staying there or any best western sooner Anyone

Bathroom redo
One room was great. The other room’s bathroom had hair in the sink & tub & the paint was peeling away in the tub. The drain stopper was not in the tub but removed from the tub & on the side of the tub. Room itself was clean & comfortable but bathroom was left to be considered.

Bed was hard as a rock planned to stay two nights after one had to leave. My wife and I could not sleep due to A/C making lots of noise when it ran and the Bed being so Hard.
