I am just surprised which department approved this property for hospitality. Itvis totally mess 1. Floor carpet was very dirty. 2. Bed was broken, you even cant set on it. 3. TV was not working 4. Microwave was broken. 5. No iron in room. 6. Tub is broken and its patches was there and tabs are also in bad conditions 7. When you want to complain for this and pick up phone, phone was un attached and no wire. So with all these issues i dont think, this property shoud approved for any hospitality.

I would first like to say that the staff was very nice and helpful. One thing I did NOT like was that they require you to pay an additional sixty dollars for a deposit. This information is Not listed ANYWHERE and at just over a hundred dollars a night, you might as well book a nicer hotel room like motel six . I Asked for a non smoking room and while the room didn't smell like smoke, there were cigarette burns in the sheets / bedding. The pillowcases were dirty, one had blood on it like if someone with bad acne used it last. There was mold in the bathroom, a hole in the tub, the shower curtain rod had been rehung so many times there was multiple holes in the wall and the shower curtain hung 3-4 inches AWAY from the tub so water went everywhere. They only give you half a roll of one ply toilet paper & The AC unit never got the room above 75 . The TV requires you to login with your own TV service , you don't get any channels, not even the news. The only plus is that it's not too noisy. But another con is that the balcony on the second story is cracked and leans like it's about to just fall off the building entirely.

Did not stay, cancelled my stay. A/C was dirty, moldy, unsanitary, sheets were strained and looked dirty, carpet was filthy, shower and bath had rust and corrosion, no towels were provided, and no tp. Do not recommend.

First room I was given was not ready. There were no sheets on either bed, or phone in the room to call and report the issue. I had to go to the office. Second room smelled awful, carpet was disgustingly dirty. Less than half toilet paper roll was in the bathroom ,no extra. 2 towels were on the counter that’s it! Curtains were not closing, had to do my best to close them. Also no phone in room. It was 10:30 when we got a knock on the door telling us they would charge a $1 a minute if we did not check out on time. Check out was at 11:00 am. I had to wait for a receipt of my stay so the secretary could take care of other people although I was there first. Never again!

This was by far the worst place you can stay at. Unprofessional staff, dirty amenities, non working toilets and showers. I should have checked the online reviews and not just Expedia. Please, for the safety of your loved ones, stay away.

I walked around the room after taking a shower and the bottoms of my feet turned black from the filth on the carpet. I will never stay here again

The staff is friendly but the facility is super scary at night. The locks are broken on the door and the handle when trying to get in needs to be messed with before going in. At night you can see the light from outside coming in through the door. I would not recommend this place it’s not a safe place

The conditions of this property and my accommodations were deplorable!!! I wish I could give this establishment NO stars. The front desk clerk at check in was pleasant. She told me she wanted to give me "a good room". If my room was a good one, I would've loved to see the others. I have pictures to prove it!!! Upon entering my room, there was a funky stench. Thank goodness I traveled with my sleep spray. What I thought was a caterpillar or insect crawling on the headboard turned out to be a false eyelash. The furniture was ripped, the carpet was stained. Housekeeping made the bed the first day and put a dirty spread with a big hole in it on the bed. She came back later to bring clean towels and I was able to ask her to change the bedspread. The sink was never cleaned, I wear makeup and dropped some face powder. Back to the false eyelash- I peeled it off the headboard and put it on a napkin on the dresser, it stayed there for the duration. What happened to housekeeping!!? The furniture is rundown and scratched and the elbow door hinge was broken. I put a chair behind the door every night. I'm sure you're reading this and asking WHY DIDN'T SHE LEAVE!!? I had already paid out the you-know-what for this trip; round-trip flight, rental car, and 3-nights hotel stay. Rates at other hotels in the area were double!!!

Man, let me just say that the pics don’t do justice. We came for a funeral and ended up leaving the same day due to more family members joining us down there (we’re from Illinois). While the staff was very helpful and answered all our questions, the condition of the building and our room was not the best. Like I said, we didn’t stay there but unless you’re limited on funds and want something short term and cheap this is ideal for you. Just don’t b disappointed when you arrive

Cockroaches, Broken Furniture, Outlets missing, Door security latch missing, blood stains on carpet, stinks of stagnant water, required $60.00 cash deposit, are around is very very very ghetto, loud, literally sits on a freeway overpass. Advertises pool, but that's closed. Toilet is stained with dark brown. Tubs and walls are moldy and black! Bedding and towels are stained, ripped, not warm. Curtains have burn holes and are falling off. Most rooms are NOT HABITABLE as we looked into them. We asked to be moved because of the filth. It's a "nasty", dirty, disgusting place to stay. Expect nothing but yuck if you choose to book here. The owners DO NOT fix up the place. Unsafe. Lackland area around this Deluxe Inn formerly Days Inn) is very Unpleasant.

I was charged for two nights and paid in Cash but was locked out of my room after one night and the claimed I only paid for one night so I lost my $60 deposit as well so I bought another night hesitantly. There were used Condoms in the garbage next to the bed when I arrived. Room was in bad condition as well, it was like a traphouse or something.

The front desk employees were great! The rooms however were not as clean as pictured. The doors did not open properly and the bed sheets were covered in holes and stains. The cleaning staff knocked multiple times after we had told them we did not need services and that if they waited an hour we would be gone yet they knocked again right after. Overall for the price, this was to be expected.

The most disgusting hotel
This is by far the worst hotel we EVER stayed at. Needed something fast and affordable for one night, daughter was performing for the Spurs game. Description was completely false as well as the photos of the rooms. Lady at the desk was rude. First room reeked of dog urine and was beyond disgusting. After being told they have NO refunds she agreed to give us a different room. JUST AS BAD IF NOT WORSE. Roaches everywhere! Stains, broken t.v., disgusting bathroom. Cigarette burns and stains all over the bedding. Dead roach on the pillow. Had less than an hour to get ready for the event so had no choice but to stay to get ready. Slept in the car when we returned to the hotel and there was no way we were going to have our two 7 year old daughters shower in that disgusting bath tub/shower.

Initially requested a room with a walk-in shower for my disabled family members. Upon arrival, I was told none exist on the property. Reluctantly, I continued with check-in (despite the dirty reception wall). Got my key and walked to the room. Not only did the key not work, the door and ground were filthy! Imagine what the room looked like?? I immediately returned to the front desk and requested a refund. The lady said I’d have to contact hotels.com and they’d need to speak to the manager. We tried that for several days, and guess what…said manager was never available. I’m not sure who’s rating this property 3 stars, but I wouldn’t give it 1. This is a dump in every sense of the word and there’s a $60 cash deposit (which I’m sure would have been a struggle to get back had I stayed). Stay here at your own risk. Oh…and it’s next door to a gas station with questionable patrons. No thank you.

DO NOT STAY HERE! By far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The drapes were torn. The key card didn't work multiple times. The highway is right next to it, so it's hard to sleep at night. I had prepaid through Expedia, yet I was still required to put down a cash deposit on arrival. Fortunately I just happened to have enough cash in my wallet. The staff was helpful, so that was one positive. Ironically, the owner always replies to negative reviews on here saying, "This isn't the normal experience for our guests." His reply is not true. Why are the reviews so overwhelmingly bad if this isn't the normal experience?

Worst condition hotel I ever stay at… never again
Holes in walls, blankets and shower curtains stained, pictures on site looks like nothing of it’s current condition. If you need more than two towels or any other towel sizes be ready to pay $10.00 each. Pillows covers were stained. Bed sheets had various holes. Shower had open shampoo bottle and hair in tub ( appears no cleaning was done). Lady at the front appeared as if she bothered because we were checking in, if you don’t like your job more on to something else.

This was the WORST STAY here. They charged me $10 for Wash clothes they left dirty and torn. Pubic hairs on shower walls and mold around edges of shower. We saw 3 Roaches. No microwave or refrigerator in room. They don't have Irons in Room. THE PICTURES AREN'T WHAT THE ROOM LOOKS LIKE. I don't write bad reviews but this was BS. $10 for something I didn't do. My truck almost got broken into LUCKY I check when I heard people there saw them checking my doors we packed up and checked out. The price was good for the budget I had but will to spend on a room next time in in town but not here!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU REALLY REALLY HAVE TO.

After arriving after midnight, they never notified that they only took cash deposits. My hotel looked like it belonged to Norman Bates and had roaches in my bathroom and was dirty. It looked nothing like the pictures posted on Expedia.

There were dead roaches, the air quit working, it was loud and uncomfortable. We checked out early and booked somewhere else
