The motel was in a great location. It is close to the Air Force Base and many restaurants and stores.

Barely ok for an overnight stay

Pros: Nice TV in room.
Cons: Customer service. Staff helping in breakfast area need to be more attentive.
Location: This is the reason I chose this hotel. Near seaworld.
Hotel staff needs improvement in customer service. "Full breakfast" is deficient, serving frozen egg patties. This hotel is too noisy. I will not stay here again.

Overall almost abandoned, with zero maintenance

Pros: There was nothing we liked about this hotel. Overall a very terrible experience, not expected from the brand.
Cons: Complete overhaul of staff and facility.
Location: There was a large shopping mall nearby. Otherwise there is nothing to do in the area that does not require a decent drive somewhere else.
The rooms were extremely dirty. There were stains all over the bed and head board. All the furniture and doors were very scratched. Decorations were broken. Microwave broken. Mattress so old it gave us major back pains. Holes in the walls. Blankets had cigarette burn holes. Bath tub had missing pieces. The door to the first unit wouldn't lock. Plus it had a smiley face scratched into it. We had to kill three cockroaches in less than twelve hours. The name of the location is a complete lie, as SeaWorld isn't anywhere near this location ( at least another 20 minute drive away ). When making complaints regarding the issues we noticed the staff was very dismissive of our issues. Hot breakfast very disappointing. It seemed overall that the location is not getting any kind of maintenance and seems like they are about to close the facility. When making a cancellation through Expedia off site of the hotel, the staff simply took all of our stuff out of the room, threw it in bags waiting for us to come by and get it, even though we told them we would be there within an hour to take our stuff, in the process they lost/threw away about $20 of our toiletries. We have stayed in other Days Inns for the same price range and were always happy with the experience. This particular location was so bad we had to find alternate accommodations. On the plus side, Wyndham, the corporate entity owning Days Inn was very understanding and helpful, very happy dealing with their customer service centre.

Good location.

The hotel is nicely located on major highway, easy access to city center and entertainment.

First room smelled of smoke.

We got another but it had two queens instead of a King, which is what we requested. We were told even though it was non-smoking sometimes people smoke anyway. Blankets were dirty and stained. Pool was not heated.

Motel of last resort

Pros: Only the location - it is located in close proximity to Sea World and shopping.
Cons: Just about everything, starting with cleanliness.
Location: Sea World, Ingram Mall.
Unless you literally have no other choice, my advice regarding this establishment is to stay away. The rooms are a complete disaster - the carpets are sticky and caked with what appears to be years of dirt and grime buildup, there were ants coming OUT OF THE SINK (see photo) every night, cockroaches in the bathroom, there were large HOLES in the duvet on BOTH queen beds, and the staff were completely inattentive to guests needs. In all my years of traveling, this is the place that best fits the description of a roach motel.

Close to Sea World

Pros: Close to where I needed to go.
Cons: Updates on rooms
Location: Shopping and Sea World
Rooms were dingy. And bathrooms very outdated with a cracked toilet and what looked like paint in the tub. What they called a pool was so small,more like a hot tub

Clean and comfortable

Staff was great. Beds where comfortable. Soft pillows. Very clean. Would stay again. Close to the lacakland air force base.
