Worst Experience!

Pros: Staff's worst attitude! never take responsibility! Talk to manager, but he avoids phone call!
Cons: You don't have to improve, because I am not going to use this NEVER!
Location: Nothing! Worst experience!
Room was so dirty in spring break season, and we can't stay there, so we asked room change, but there was no available room. So I requested to refund. They said check-in time already passed 1 hour, they DON'T WANT TO refund. Giving me a manager's business card, but manager never picked up the phone call or even try to reach me even though they got me my phone number and information. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I distrust DAYS INN, and never going to use this worst inn. Don't use this WORST DAYS INN because my pregnant wife and 2 years kid can't stay there since room was dirty and office staffs smells smoking and so rude!

Bed was so comfortable, with a newborn is so useful the microwave in room. Breakfast place was so hot

Disappointing stay

Pros: Parking area well lit
Cons: Bedding needs to be updated. More knowledable check in clerk.
Clerk did not want to honor the 3 day stay pricing I paid a month prior with Expedia. I feel she would have cancel reservation had I not had my printed itinerary. She did make a comment at one point she would cancel it and I would have to get my money back through Expedia. We stayed firm on our paid reservation and 20 minutes late got our room. Motel is located close to a railroad. Noisy trains came by several times in the night. Sheets had a holes and the second layer quilt needed to be replaced. Breakfast options were cereal and toast only on the Saturday morning we checked. We did not check the next two days. Shower is not made for people over 6 ft tall. Located next door to an adult movie store. Exiting hotel could be confusing. The only plus was the parking lot was well lit.

Terrible.

Not only did we find our Apple Watch on the ground against the wall, they moved our iPad to the other side of the room in the back of a drawer. They never replaced the tissues, toilet paper, towels, or sheets on their own. We had to go get replacements at the front desk. They also didn't even bother to make the bed more than half of the days. This was a 10 day long stay. They had terrible customer service. Do not stay here.

Ok for a mid range hotel. All I needed for the short time I was visiting San Antonio. Tv remote sucked.

ANTS IN SHOWER, NO CUSTOMER HELP, SAD BREAKFAST

Pros: nothing.
Cons: nothing, they don't care. Expedia take them off your list of hotels to stay, there horrible, and the breakfast, is bad an very very skimpy.
Location: didn't go anywhere but a funeral and due to the hotel worst stay in America I missed the funeral, the good thing is I made the wake the day before.
I lost my hearing aide and the hotel manager/owner refused to help us, I am a retired Marine and he had no respect, I was there for a funeral and I needed to catch my plane right after, he didn't care nor did he help with the find or did he care about getting rid of the ants, I was bit an had to go to the doctor, these where biting flying ants, I was only going to spend only two nights anyway, so I sleep one night there, the other night I stood up fighting ants, I never made the funeral but did go to the wake the 1st day, please save your money you'd be better off at a truck stop if I knew where one was at. nasty place!! oh by the way, I found the hearing aide, but with no help, it was hard on me as I have trouble with my eyesight due to agent orange and the manager didn't care, at one point my wife called the manager from our home in southern California as she was worried and concerned, she told him she was going to call the police as she was worried, he said this wasn't a police matter and gave her the number. she called San Antonio Police and they assisted us graciously and said they'd be on there way when finally I found my hearing aide before they got there and called them to cancel the police call. I was then outta there took a super early flight out. this hotel Days Inn in San Antonio Texas gives Texas a bad name. bad service!

You get what you pay for..

We were told check-in was at 2pm. We got there at 2:40 and the lady at the counter did not want to check us in, so we had to wait outside for 20min. Once checked in, the tv at the room was not working, needless to say that the tv was from the 1800s, bathroom was super small... other than that, the hotel is in a good location.. some sketchy ppl outside at night but it's not as bad as some other hotels.

they gave me a used key holder, the room isnt turn on, A lot of dust in the bathroom and the sink, the hair dryer appears to never clean. Horrible

Rundown Days inn

Old tv remote would not turn on. Torn, mismatched furniture. Rough, small towels. Dirty bathroom.
