ANTS IN SHOWER, NO CUSTOMER HELP, SAD BREAKFAST

I lost my hearing aide and the hotel manager/owner refused to help us, I am a retired Marine and he had no respect, I was there for a funeral and I needed to catch my plane right after, he didn't care nor did he help with the find or did he care about getting rid of the ants, I was bit an had to go to the doctor, these where biting flying ants, I was only going to spend only two nights anyway, so I sleep one night there, the other night I stood up fighting ants, I never made the funeral but did go to the wake the 1st day, please save your money you'd be better off at a truck stop if I knew where one was at. nasty place!! oh by the way, I found the hearing aide, but with no help, it was hard on me as I have trouble with my eyesight due to agent orange and the manager didn't care, at one point my wife called the manager from our home in southern California as she was worried and concerned, she told him she was going to call the police as she was worried, he said this wasn't a police matter and gave her the number. she called San Antonio Police and they assisted us graciously and said they'd be on there way when finally I found my hearing aide before they got there and called them to cancel the police call. I was then outta there took a super early flight out. this hotel Days Inn in San Antonio Texas gives Texas a bad name. bad service!
