Nice, clean place to stay. Their complimentary breakfast was better than we had seen elsewhere and offered a nice variety including some Lo-cal options. The only things I would have changed were: they had a dispenser for soap and shampoo in the shower rather than providing little bottles. I can see that this approach saves them money, but doesn't seem as sanitary. It would have been nice to have a bellhop, but I really didn't expect one there.

Always great to stay therePosted Sep 29, 2015
Staff is always wonderful and I enjoy staying at the Drury Inn. The only thing that I did not like were the towels provided. They felt like sandpaper. That is my only complaint. Otherwise very happy with my stay.

Clean. Beds a little too soft but that's only a personal preference. Staff was exceptionally nice. Breakfast bar was awesome with good food. It had a large variety and open longer than other hotels. Free popcorn and movie in evenings very nice for families. We will stay again next time.

Great Location in San AntonioPosted Aug 30, 2015
Pros: Comfy, Roomy, luxurious feel. Thanks!
Cons: Add a bathroom vent fan
Location: It's San Antonio, for crying out loud. zoo, Alamo, Riverwalk, etc.
Drury Suites was amazing! The room was large & comfortable for our family of 6. Staff was very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was great. Kickback snack in evening was awesome, more of a meal really. Parking garage was very convenient & felt safe. Thank you!

Okay hotel next to shopping!Posted Aug 24, 2015
Room is clean but drab. Mold in some of the grout in the shower. Bedding needs replacing and neighbors could be easily heard. Thermostat would fluctuate by itself. It would go up and down! Area around hospitality floor was wet due to kids and adults running to get fountain drinks from pool area! Too expensive for the quality of hotel we received. Will stay elsewhere next time.

Rude desk clerk chastised me for using Expedia.Posted Aug 19, 2015
Pros: It was close to the medical center.
Cons: wipe up the wet floor in the lobby from all the kids running through to get popcorn.
The room refrigerator froze everything solid and when I called the desk to ask about it, I was told to pull the frig out and adjust the settings on the BACK OIF THE UNIT. I tried but there were no controls on the unit and it was filthy behind it!

The rooms are so big and spacious! It's a gorgeous hotel. My only complaint is that the towels felt like sand paper.

Nice safe hotelPosted Aug 9, 2015
Good hotel with unexpected extras such as a decent breakfast and the 530 kickback/happy hour with food. The price was ok especially for a last minute booking but rooms are not as sound proof as I would like and with the fiesta crowd coming in late it can get a bit loud. However, overall good hotel
