The room was not vacuumed during the week I was there. The trash was not dumped daily. The A/C was extremely noisy. The staff was great, friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and happy hour hors d’ouvres were worth the stay.

Staff very professional and check in easy, I will suggest to wash room carpets and lobby area , we ware socks gray an white around the room and notice the socks got very dirty and sticky everything else good

If you are looking for luxury this is not the property for you, it is more catered to large families, there is lots of construction ongoing in the area, but the rooms are big and onsite parking garage is convenient on going in and out of hotel. Also property is located near shopping malls and good amount of places to eat. The hotel itself is not updated at all and pool was very small for the amount of people that was there.

We have stayed here several times before but we may have to start looking for a different hotel. The room we got this last time had something wrong with the AC the fan was making super loud noises. The other issue was also mattress it needs to be replaced. If you rolled to even 6 inches near the edge it felt like you were going to roll off.

The hotel and staff were great. There was a lot of construction on the highway right outside the hotel grounds. It took forever to get to the hotel due to the construction. But, that is not your fault.
