Welcoming

Pros: I loved that it was pet friendly and even provided poopy bags and treats for our visit. we loved the breakfast with hot waffles, TEXAS sized.
Cons: nothing, our room was newly remodeled and very clean
The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming, patient and sincere. I would definitely visit again. Hotel was in a quiet peaceful corner.

Terrible customer service

Billed us again even though Expedia all ready charged us. Said it wasn't their problem.

Pros: La habitacion
Cons: Poner mas variedad de alimentos en el desayuno
Location: Compras, paseo
El hotel esta bien, las habitaciones comodas pero el desayuno terrible no hay nada mas que wafles, cafe, jugo y pan, he estado varias veces en EU en hoteles de este tipo y ha sido el peor desayuno que me ha tocado. Puse en mi puerta no molestar ya que queria dormir y me fueron a tocar varias veces para limpiar el cuarto y dije que no lo hiceran hasta el dia siguiente, posteriormente me llamaron por teléfono a la habitación que si iba a querer que limpiaran el cuarto, total que no me dejaron descansar.

Estimado guespid, Gracias por tomando el tiempo de regresar nuesto survey, espero que todo este bien, los siento que to estubo satisfacto con el desayuno, estamos en el porcesso de a cambiar el desayuno para darle mas selecciones. Ojola que a la proxima encuentren todo mucho mas marvioso, hasta entonses, que les valla bien.

Decent and close

Room was large and it's near work for me. Coffee maker didn't work and refrigerator froze my food.

I enjoyed my first stay there last year, I decided to stay again. Also, the location was only seven to ten minutes from downtown San Antonio. Very convenient for the price.
