Not good enough for the price

When we got into our room, the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned. We found questionable looking hair on the back of the toilet and woven into the comforters (we had a double queen bed room). We were in a "premium" suite which offers free refreshments from a vending machine by the elevators. However, when we would put our code in, the machine wouldn't even give us our items... Also, the number of items that we were allotted would constantly change, for example we started off with 60 and then later on that day there was suddenly only 23 available. The pool is really small. It gets crowded REALLY quickly. The evening reception snacks are very mediocre. I think the selling point of that is the alcoholic beverages, however we are not drinkers, so it wasn't a perk for our family. Overall, we won't be staying there again. The lobby is very beautiful and is conveniently located on the riverwalk, but it didn't live up to the expectations we had for the price we paid.

Staff was horrible except the vallet!!!

The front desk did not want to let my tattooed daughter up the elvator (her card wasn't working) due to "security reasons". Same explanation I got from the manager the next morning. BUT guess what? They still let her up "this time" is what she was told!!! Everything to die with her appearance, she and my 15yo son were coming from the gym at 1am. Complete LIES!! SECURITY my butt!!! Then literally the maid knocked at my door at 8:56 to check if we had left yet and then again at 11:15ish, check out time is noon. Only reason I gave half a review is the suite dos accommodate my family and the breakfast wasn't half bad, however very over crowded with limited seating. Staff very annoying in those regards. Maybe if we had diamonds and a poodle at our side and not tattoos and piercings then it may have been different.

Our room was at the very end of the hall, next to the storage closet and the stairs - it was a handicapped room - because of that, the vanity in the bathroom was tiny, the closet in the bedroom was tiny because of the extra large tub - this is the way Expedia gets the rates they do. . .

Perfect location, walking distance to everything on the River Walk. Friendly staff and LOVED the valet parking!

Nice terrible parking

Very nice hotel and stay terrible parking they make you pay $30 valet if not unsecure parking

A great hotel on the Riverwalk

It's a nice hotel close to the riverwalk and other main attractions. Hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and the floor was quiet. Breakfast was good. They should include hot appetizers at the happy hour in the evening.

Wonderful stay on the Riverwalk

We stayed at this hotel for a bachelorette party. It was so nice and the rooms were very spacious, which is definitely nice when you have girls with a lot of luggage. The staff was friendly and helpful. Each staff member I came across acknowledged me and asked how I was doing. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! The only downfall I can think of is that the pool is completely shaded in the afternoon. We didn't end up having time for the pool like we thought, so it didn't make a difference to us. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Location to Riverwalk was great, staff treated you as family. I believe this is the best Hotel I have ever stayed at.

Really enjoyed our stay.....rooms were wonderful and the view was perfect, located perfectly to the river walk, restaurant was a little pricey and the food was just okay. Loved the pool but wish it had been on the roof so you get the sun all day. My only complaint was the room cleanliness.....floors were filthy like they had not been swept and the bathroom could have used a little more attention.
