Disappointing hotel, should be one star

This was the worst place I have stayed in with Hotels.com ever. The courtesy car wasn't running at 11:12 pm when I called-it stopped at 11pm. It was not running on the weekend, either, which was the next day. I had to UBER all over. I paid extra for two beds but the rude woman who checked us in said they had none and anyway we should never expect one! The pull out bed they gave us had a mattress that was 5 inches thick and stringy and stuff coming out of the openings. She said there were sheets in the drawer but there was only one and one blanket-I had to call for more. I had to make the bed.
We had to go next door for the breakfast and gym-both were quite nice. The Jacuzzi was inop. They are in the process of remodeling. The day clerk, Gilbert, was quite nice and apologized but could do nothing to help. He did hold our luggage while we went off for the day and we then had to Uber to the airport because their shuttle was not running. No would never stay there again.

Unfortunately, for the reservation booked trough 3rd parties (Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.), we are not able to guarantee the room types. We do try to get what is requested if it is available.
